 + -1 moreHad the most incredible service from this company! Renters moved out of our house. Not only were they heavy smokers, the women used a little cart for mobility. Engine oil had leaked on the off-white carpet in the living room. Also, their tiny dog managed to urinate in every room. Preferred Carpet told me they might have trouble with the smoke, oil and urine smells. They got it all out! There were absolutely no oil marks on the carpet. They managed to remove the smoke smell from the carpet; I did have to purchase a new pad for under the carpet. And there were no urine smells on the carpet. Would definitely recommend and will call this company in the future.

 + -1 moreThey were okay, but just that they didn't take care of my carpets especially as I have animals. They send you a coupon and then give you a discount. They were nice, prompt and very good. I will use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreThey are good but they are expensive. I haven't cleaned my carpets since 1980s. They are really good at getting stains out. I have used them many times. I even did a commercial for them. I trust them in my home and I have used them for a long time. I have never been unhappy with their service. They have good equipment. They are in and out pretty good. I think they come down on their prices a little bit.
Description of Work: Preferred Carpet & Fabric Care cleaned my carpets about six months ago.
