It was perfect!! Every thing went as planned. I would recommend this company to anyone. The tile work was awesome and the granite work also. They were clean and on time.

First off, let me say that I would definately hire them again and I would recommend them to all my friends, as I have already done. I interviewed one other fabrication company, Brothers Counter Tops and they were very nice and professional, had about the same bid price, but the feeling I had was better with NORCAL. Chris, the owner is a young man, who is a salesman, but in a good way, I mean you got to keep the company in business and so it always felt like he was rushed, looking for the next job, but he did listen, answered the phone and responded always. The price I was quoted included the fabrication of my countertops, which are very big and 2 back splashes, one tile, one granite, demolition and once his guys started working, and determined that there was enough granite for a window sill, I bought a window sill from them. And the bid also included 2 granite cutting boards that Chris did himself. The two guys who have been with Chris for some 6 years, Troy and Trig, do the work and I must say, did an exceptional job. I was worried about the seams because my countertops are so big, but the seams were done very well. Plus, although they are fairly young, they played 70s and 80s music while they worked, nice touch. I have this 5 foot old country sink that I wanted to keep, granite companies are very good at under and over mount sinks, but this one is flush with the granite and it also was not the same depth as my countertop, so Troy built a and quot;stepand quot; between the back of the sink and backsplash and all the seams around the sink look pretty darn good, considering it was flush mounted and somewhat tricky; I'm very pleased with it. There were a few irritating things, but minor, like Chris reminded me often that and quot;I don't do plumbingand quot;, and quot;I don't do plumbingand quot;, I don't do cabinet work, blah, blah, blah, (when he showed up to check on his guys and coordinate with them, which he did often) and maybe dealing with other women, he'd have to tell them, but I was informed and already understood that each skill would entail another company specific to that skill. Chris also goes over the contract in tedious detail, but that's his business sense and it's smart, since it protects his company and you; but tedious. I appreciated it. So, I'd recommend NORCAL Granite, they also sell the granite, which I wasn't aware of until after I had bought my granite.

They have great customer relations. They do a great job of following up with you after you call. They are a good family operation.
