+ 0 moreMy 9 month old replacement windshield was installed by another glass shop in Redding. It was again broken and needed replacement. I contacted Chris at Nicolet Glass Center on Victor Ave. Chris made me an appointment after describing in detail on the phone requirements fro replacing the windshield and providing m e a estimate. When I arrived at the appointment Chris pointed out many flaws in my previously replaced windshield. I told him that it not only took 8 hours of waiting but the passenger side wiper was slightly hitting and very annoying. Chris was unsure of salvaging the necessary rubber trim because the windshield had been very inexpertly installed. Chris replaced the windshield, salvaged the trim and performed all the service in less than 4 hours. I was delighted by Chris's service, knowledge and expertise.
