Description of Work: I had a plumbing leak. They came out and detected the leak. Leak was in a difficult area, however, they were able to fix. It took a couple of days. They had to go through the wall in one of my bedrooms and also the garage. They replaced the drywall and repainted. Excellent job. They were very respectful to me and to my house! Although it was a little pricey, I would recommend them as they do excellent work. .

Description of Work: They came at their appointed time, and they emailed us a quote within a reasonable time. This was for a repiping job.

Description of Work: Called Modern Plumbing early on Friday afternoon describing a leaking hot water heater that probably needed replacing. Man said he would be to our home within an hour, which he was. Looked at situation and agreed with our guess we needed a new hot water heater. Gave us the estimated price, he got right on taking out old heater, then went to store and purchased new hot water heater, etc., returned and installed the heater and cleaned area up and took old heater. He was very efficient, did a good job and was finished about 6:30 p.m. on a Friday evening. We had thought we would have to wait until the following week to have the work done and would be without a hot water heater for the weekend. It was great to have a worker who got right on the job and got it done in record time. We couldn't be more pleased!
