Today Mike and Daniel fixed my garage door opener. It required complex troubleshooting with several minor, but critical, adjustments. Mike is amazing! He tested balance, level, cable adjustment and several other factors effecting the smooth operation of the system. In minimal time, with minor adjustments, the door was working smoothly. He explained everything they’d done, was very professional, skilled and thorough. You’re lucky to have such a great employee!

Sales person came to house, measured, pointed out any fixes we needed to do in advance. Expected delivery and installation was to be about two weeks. I received a call when the garage door was available, and installation was scheduled for a few days later. The installer arrived when scheduled, did the work, showed me how to operate and maintain the opener and track. Everything went very well.

He gave us a 1-4 window and showed up at 2:30---nice. He made a very professional looking repair that looks very sturdy. Also, he checked the opener settings and lubed everything that could be lubed. Very pleased

The old garage door was the original installed when my home was built in 1980. The rollers did not track well and the door had been braced multiple times and made a horrible screeching noise when raised. I made an appointment with Door Service Co for an estimate to replace the door. My initial contact with Door Service Co. was very pleasant. I spoke with Kylie on the phone. She was able to give me a very basic estimate and a general idea of how long the job would take to complete and what to expect. A few days later, I met Jim at my house for a specific estimate. He was very knowledgeable and explained my options. I live in an area with an owners association and based on the information provided by the association, Jim helped me choose the best fit for the Association requirements. The cost estimate I received from Jim on site was the same I had received from Kylie over the phone. The door I selected was a special order due to the size and color choice. After I ordered the door, I received several phone messages from Kylie with status for delivery and to confirm an appointment for installation. My installer, Will, was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the job in the given time frame and was able to answer all of my questions in regard to maintenance. He also did a great job of cleaning up. I think the garage was cleaner after he left than when he arrived! The final bill was exactly as stated in the estimate and the door looks great! I am very pleased with the service I received.

They were really accomodating with scheduling changes and organizing. The person that came out for the estimate was good. The woman I spoke with many times in the office was very professional and accomodating. It was a nice experience.
