Description of Work: Golden State has installed a system on my personal residence and my rental property as well as many of my clients. He performs my heat/air inspections on my escrows and always is a reliable and is a great price.

+ -1 moreThe experience was great. I know a small amount about servicing AC units, and came up against a problem I couldn't fix. Brian walked me though some diagnostics over the phone, then promptly came test our system once I threw in the towel. My system required that he order a few parts. After he left from the initial visit, Brian ordered the parts, scheduled the install, and completed the work without us having to bug him. Good communication and service.
Description of Work: Replaced leaky valve and charged system with new coolant.

Description of Work: Bryan Stewart replaced a fan motor on my air conditioning unit late in the afternoon on a SCORCHING day in June, Replaced a hot water heater the winter of 2014. Gave me some no pressure suggestions on how to improve & save money regarding air conditioning my home. I will always call Golden State Comfort when I need any air conditioning or heating work done!

+ -1 moreIt was triple digits outside and my air was not working. I called a couple people that told me it would be a week or more. Michelle answered the phone and fit me in the next morning. Very professional from the start to the finish. Brian who I guess is the owner, introduced himself and was wearing a clearly marked golden state comfort shirt. (With all the scams and weirdo people out there it is nice to know who you are working with.). He was clean and respectful of my house. Seemed to be quick and efficient with the job. I would recommend golden state comfort to anyone who is in need of heating and air.
Description of Work: I think it was a blower motor that he replaced.

+ -1 moreGolden State Comfort: Brian Stewart, came out at first for a contract service repair from American Home Sheild. He fixed the problem with our A/C and he showed me where and what went wrong and repaired the unit. We called him out to provide maintenance on our A/C unit. He was very thorough! He cleaned the outside and inside unit in detail and showed me the areas to take caution on in the future. He was also patient and very pleasant! We will use Golden State Comfort again!
Description of Work: Tuned up our Air Conditioning Unit and repaired.
