Giles Lock and Security

Scheduled a service call to add a deadbolt for a business. Person showed up on the scheduled day but late in the day around 4PM. Even though I told them I needed a dead bolt and the color, the tech said he didn't have one with him and had to reschedule for the next day. They called late the next day and said they didn't have that even at the store and had to order. After a few days they showed up with the correct color and drilled out the door and began installing the deadbolt. He put the lock on but it wasn't completely done since the Shlauge? lock had a poorly threaded hole for one of the 2 main bolts inside it. I called them a couple days later and he said he had a replacement on order. I know the Shlauge problem wasn't there fault but I would think they would keep more than just one brown colored deadbolt in stock. I'm now going on two weeks since the first call for one deadbolt! Not that happy about it...
