+ -1 moreIt went very well. From the first technician that came to evaluate the repair (Doug), right up to the guys that did the actual replacement. Very professional, and kept me up to date. Amber in the front office was very efficient, friendly and organized. I didn't realize all the tests and inspections needed with an installation, but this company took care of all this efficiently.
Description of Work: In the end...I needed my whole HVAC system replaced.

+ -1 moreIt was 218 this day and my A/C had stopped working the night before. Michael worked me into the already busy schedule. I talked to them around 8:30am and was told 2pm to ETA. 10am I got a call from Michael and he was there to work on it. Hour and a half later... he had fixed two different issues and A/C was doing awesome. I had great conversation and very impressed with his staff (from original call), his professionalism and other techs that work for him (heard them on the radio). Very very impressed and they will continue to be my HVAC people .

Very professional, he and his crew showed up when he said they would and finished the installation of a complete heating and air system for my house in the promised three days (including clean-up which left the house looking cleaner than when they started). He was always pleasant to work with and was very accommodating to the requests that I made. His bid was realistic and detailed (the description above was cut and pasted from the bid). Overall I felt that their work was competently done. This was confirmed by an independent Duct Inspector who found the system to be properly installed and operating at it's maximum rated efficiency. My only disappointment was that we both overlooked the inclusion of vents in the bathrooms.
