DUSTBUNNIES

We recently moved into a house that Dustbunnies was paid, by the seller, to clean. When we moved in I couldn't believe how dirty the house was. My mom spent 2 hours scrubbing dirt, crumbs and grease off the kitchen cabinets and appliances, a friend of mine had to clean the bathrooms which were covered in filth and the floors throughout the house were so dirty that after walking around the house all day my feet were black. It was obvious that the house had not been cleaned even thought Dustbunnies was paid a sizable amount of money to clean it. The seller was upset so she asked them to come back out and give me 1 1/2 hours of cleaning time. When they showed up they walked in with their shoes on and got upset when I asked them to take them off. Then when I proceeded to tell them what I would like them to clean the man was very defensive and said "listen sweetheart" to which I was not okay with. They ended up saying they were going to go out to their car to call the office but then they left and never came back. When I called the seller of our house to tell her what had happened she told me that when she originally hired them that they made her pay in cash and then never gave her a receipt. So because they never gave her a receipt, even though they never actually cleaned the house, she can't go back and get her money back. I would highly NOT recommending using this company unless you are looking to just give money away and not get anything in return. They were rude, unprofessional and could definitley use a lesson on how to clean.
