Design Time & Tile

We went to Design Time to purchase carpet for our bedrooms, tile for our bathrooms and engineered hardwood flooring for the rest of our house. The entire process was easy and problem free. Our sales guy Bruce was very knowledgeable about flooring products and helped us to find the perfect engineered hardwood and carpet for our house. He met our budget and exceeded our expectations; I thought I might have to compromise on the look I wanted to get a good price, but Bruce worked with us and found the products I wanted at the price that fit our budget. The delivery time was as expected, and all of the installers were very professional and timely. I was worried that having different types of flooring going in would cause conflicts and therefore problems, but the Design Time team was on top of their game and the install went seamlessly. Their sales staff is very experienced and communicated with us effectively. We were doing other remodel work at the same time, and although Design Time did not provide some of the other services, they knew exactly who to refer us to. I felt confident that everybody involved was going to do a great job, and all my expectations were exceeded. Great job Design Time!

It went terribly. Very poor customer relations, very poor (non existent) customer service. I was hung out to dry. Design Time needed to have the granite refinished or replaced. Instead, they just dismissed my concerns.

It went very well. The sales representative was very courteous and had great experience. Gave me a great deal and a good referral to a countertop maker. very good communication and reliable. For sure will do business again!

Customer service was excellent. I dealt with Robert Weis and he really was instrumental in getting me the help I needed and steered me in the right direction. He actually got me 3 bids from 3 local fabrication companies, then handed me the estimates and told me to go interview. I was someone who was lost in the entire process and he was great. He's easy going and will sit with you as long as it takes to get all your questions answered, with no pressure. I would recommend Design Time and if you have a choice, go with Robert Weis for help. I will go back when i have enough money saved for my carpeting. Thanks Robert.

Everything went very well. I took a photo to take home to see what would be best in my kitchen and they had moved the slabs around. They helped me find the same slab that I wanted. They were very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the different types of granite and how it is made.
