From initial contact to final clean up, well done. Project engineer, Robert Weasley was prompt. Supervised the project with no glitches. Encouraged me to inspect final cleanup. I found the No liter from the project. Crew was easy to deal with. Project was started on time and finished on time.

We hired CBX Roofs due to an old rundown roof with hail damage that needed to be replaced. They came out and gave us an estimate. They negotiated with our insurance company to get them to pay on roof replacement. They were very easy to work with and very pleasant. Robert was our project manager. He and a crew showed up early and worked until noon tearing off two roofs on day one. Inspection was scheduled by them and approved that day, roof was loaded, new roof installed the next day. They were done by 1 o’clock on day two including everything cleaned up and put away. Would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

It went very well! From the get go CBX helped with every stage.Colton helped set up everything for us and helped with the insurance company.Robert the project manager kept in contact with us keeping us informed the whole time and the roof replacement went exactly as he said. The crew got it done amazingly fast (1 1/2 days) did great work and we love our roof,it looks great!!

I wanted to say I was super happy with the job done by CBX on my rental property. The roof looks great. It rained hard two days after install, and not a drop could be found in the attic. Also between Tyler in sales, and Cody in site management, the communication was just great. They always answered my calls quickly, and kept me Informed the entire way. Nicely done guys. The tear off was quick and the cleanup was exceptional and the wood replacement was a very good job and the new roof looks great. Cody and bob & ron and the Work crews were above and beyond very pleased .

We decided on CBX to tear off and replace our roof. Cody, our Project Manager did an excellent job in communicating with us, on time line, what to expect and change orders that had to get approved. We needed some fascia boards and plywood replaced. Bob and Ron were out quickly and did a great job on the wood work. The crew arrived early as scheduled and had the tear off done, the paper laid and roof stacked the first day. The crew had the roof completed on the second day. They cleaned up so well when Cody and his crew were done the only sign they were ever there is a beautiful new roof. Would 100% recommend them to install a new roof on your home.

Harrison and his crew did a wonderful job on our roofing project. I would and do recommend them to anyone!

The job went amazing the first day they removed the old roof next day they came put the rest of the roof on David Hakes And his crew did an amazing job They were fast and my roof is awesome and they cleaned up you would have never known they were here 100% satisfied I would highly recommend them to anyone who's getting their roof redone

Roofing Installation

It was amazing how quickly and efficiently CBX replaced our roof. The team pulled in and got the job done in record timing, with minimal disruption.

CBX made my roof replacement easy. They were quick to get us an estimate and made the insurance process simple. Their crews were on time, professional and provided us with high quality work. I’ll be using CBX for all of my ure roofing needs.

If I could give CBX Roofs zero stars I would. Or negative stars, even better. That would be a rating they deserve. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company. They are by far the most inept roofing company I have ever dealt with. They tore my roof off, shingles and felt, tarped half of it and....just left. Didn't bother to tell me when they were going to come back. Unfortunately it rained later that day. With only half of my roof tarped, rain water leaked into my house and garage. They told me they never expected it to rain (it was April, so it's not unheard of) and they stated that the only reason they tarped ANY of my house was so they could take pictures for the insurance company. Initially they agreed to compensate me for the damage that the rain did to my house and garage interior. But, after weeks of trying to get them to make good on that promise, I got no where. Phone calls and voicemails were ignored. Finally I realized that my only recourse was to take them to small claims court. I won a judgement against CBX but a month later, unsurprisingly, they have not contacted me about it, or made payment. I also found out that they never bothered to get the roof permit finalled with the county. I paid for the county to come out myself, and they said they couldn't final the permit because CBX did substandard work. Owners are some brothers with the last name of "Romney", out of Utah. They are operating in California and appear to be doing so without a proper business license. Please, do yourself a favor and do not use this company. They are liars, do shoddy work, and will think nothing of damaging your property.

Wonderful setting with clean facilities, spacious rec room and quiet bedroom. Mini kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishware. Workspace for my business work and laptop available should one need it. Loved it and will return.

Their Project manager David Hakes made the process seamless. He answered all our questions and kept in contact prior to the job. He had the work and cleanup done in a snap. His men were hardworking and fast. It went so quick that other than the noise we were in awe that it was so convenient for us and fast. Roof looks great. Thanks David and CBX.

Someone came out to see what I had and what needed to be done. He seemed very professional. He said I would have an estimate in about a week. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I called the man. No response. 2 days later i sent him a text. No response. 2 days after that i called the office and left a message for him. No response. A week later i called and asked to speak with a supervisor. She took a message. No response, ever!

When I called to make an appointment regarding the repair of our tile roof, I specifically stated we had a tile roof... The estimator was on time, pleasant and very apologetic and stated that they do not install or repair tile roofs. I appreciate his honesty, however it always a waist of his and our time. Wish I was told they didn’t deal with tile when I initially called!!!

The work was Great and easy, they took care of all the hassles and I just have to pick out the shingles, they were easy to work with. They were fast, and they did a quick job on the roof, great job cleaning up when they were done with the project. They project mgr and the crew were all very friendly. The price was as competitive as the others competitors quotation.
