Description of Work: Steamed cleaned two rooms, but the stains by the door were too deep. They recomended another way and that way would be an additional cost. I found another service from church and they did an outstanding job. The stains did not come back.

+ -1 moreProfessional, courteous, punctual, fast, and high quality service at a great price (considering how stained and dirty my carpets were). Absolutely NO complaints. Highly recommend!
Description of Work: Paid a little more than usual, because I neglected my carpets for way too long. The results were amazing though! The carpets are a little more than 15 years old, but they looked nearly new after they were cleaned. Some spots/stains vaguely reappeared about a month later, but take into consideration years of neglect and the age of the carpets, and you might have to expect that.

+ -1 moreI have nothing but an excellent report for this company. Highly professional and best job on worn carpets I ever had. They are a little more expensive then your other companies but they take more time to insure the highest level of quality and satisfaction. Very pleased!
