They were so busy it took them a while to get here. It took them about 3 days to finish. The workers were good. They were okay. They cleaned up after they finished.

Description of Work: Our A/C went down in the middle of summer. They came out the next day, had the part on the truck, and we were cool again in no time. Very professional. Always use them.

They are good. They are funny; they have a sense of humour. They do a good work. They are timely and efficient. The also under bid the other company by like $5000 and it was a significant difference.
Description of Work: American Air installed a ductless heating and cooling system for us.

On today's date I am left with voice a mail from 1/25/12 telling me off and to "watch" myself for my old Bad review on here, because "people" get sued that way?! also I failed to mention on his install visit Mr Orr "Preached about "Jesus" all through the visit BESIDES the politics!? a very UN professional attitude to have and to say untrue things in response to my report is also very child-like PLEASE do-not use this CO. you will regret it as I have.
Description of Work: Replaced A/C unit with 2 stage Heat Pump and new variable speed furnace, all work was not done, failed to replace return duct with new 16 inch from old 14 inch and this tech knew better, also forgot outside temp sensor witch required second trip and this plus the furnace drain pipes are to go out side one is even in the garage so when the out side drain froze, not Mr Orr's fault I was left with water in a 5 gallon bucket to pour outside!

I am so sorry that this man has a problem with me and my company.This is the same man that gave me a five star rating with Service Magic and told me that we did a great job.At the time of the election some of the Obama jokes got to him on email and shortly after i got a nasty responce from him about his President. I told him i was sorry about the jokes that got to him and i took him off my list.But that is not enough for him now he is bad mouthing my company.The price of $9000.00 was the lowest bid, plus the job is 3 hours round trip. And Anderson Heating & Air told me that the comments this man made was not true.

I knew that we needed to replace our A/C unit for years. American Air did a very professional installation of a split system. They got in and out of here on schedule. We have enjoyed a significant savings on our power bill ever since. They even handled the rebates we were due.
Description of Work: Kim at American Air changed out my 20 year old heating and air unit with a much more efficient one. His crew was clean and professional. I highly recommend American Air of Redding, CA.
