See above. Didn't return my 2nd call. Also, as per the business' sites' advertising, Tristan didn't wear and quot;shoe coveringand quot;/boots or lay out any floor coverings, and didn't offer to clean up; though there wasn't mch to clean up. Business advertising seems to promise a more professional service (and attitude) than was delivered. Dan Krueger Bechelli Lane Redding, Ca. UPDATE of above review (8/18/2014) Tristan of ADVANCED HOME CINEMA and SOUND/Redding, Ca. (OWNER) returned my previous phone call of 8/12/14 and arranged to come back to reconfigure my downstairs AV surround system so that it works like the upstairs system (i., e., same receiver models, allows me to watch TV with 'TV internal sound w/out using surround sound). Took him less than 15 minutes and no extra charge. I am happy, now! ( :
Description of Work: On 8/7/ set up upstairs AV sound system to TV. Worked well when completed. However, on 8/12 job, same model AV receiver for down stairs (i.e., Pioneer 5.1 AV receiver) was NOT set up to my satisfaction. I wanted to be able to on TV w/just internal TV sound (not with AV sound) as he configured in upstairs system, but left my place without testing if it worked the same as upstairs. I called him back (2X's; 1st for problem with Sub woofer not working, & was resolved over phone; 2nd call due to no TV internal sound on without AV sound system on) but he didn't return 2nd call for 2nd problem.

Arrived on time did work in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Added new sound system, removed all excessive cables, which there were many. checked system, gave operating inst. and made sure system was working properly. We use system on a daily bases and is working faultlessly.
