+ -1 moreVery prompt and returned calls right away. Was honest about not sure of what problem may be. Referred me to another service provider who was ultimately not interested. Called back and said that he could do it and was confident that the problem would be resolved. Gave best case scenario and worse. Possible plugged pump. Could unclog or replace. Appreciate honesty
