Work was performed on time, as promised, and for a fair price. They protected our stuff and were very informative about what to expect. We are very happy with the work and would definitely hire again for any tree work we need done.

Went well. They didn't call me back for a couple weeks but got me in on a cancellation very quickly. Cleaned up well afterwards.

Went very well, and very fast. I am totally satisfied with them, and they were very easy to work with, both before and during their work. The high cost was because of the limited access by any heavy equipment to the big Live Oak in back yard. Lots of hand-work by crew. The crew really hustled, but it still took 6 of them 3.5 hours.

The men were very professional and friendly. The price was very fair and they were flexible when my husband asked for an additional tree to be removed, quoting a fair additional amount for that tree. They willingly shared information and answered my husband's questions. They did an excellent job of removing very large trees that were within feet of our 2 story house without touching the building. They had to climb the trees to do so and my husband said they were awesome. We will definitely hire them in the future and I have already recommended them two 2 people I work with. I forgot to leave my checkbook at home for my husband and Mike offered to pick the check up at my work to save me a trip to their office. Awesome!

Called A-1 Tree Service to have a large tree trimmed and received a fair estimate. Made an appointment and they were right on time, did an excellent job and clean up was perfect. Will use again in the future!

Crew arrived when they said they would. The crew did a great job. Estimate was very good. We are using then to remove another tree on our property.

The work went very smooth, they really know their stuff when taking down trees in difficult spaces. When trimming my oaks they paid a lot of attention to the oaks in order to cut with the least damage and yet promote growth. They cleaned up very well.

A-1 come promptly at time on estimate, performed work quickly and left area clean overall time was 9:00am to 10:45am.

The workers were very fast and clean. They cleaned up ant debri and the were very professional. The only complaint is that we're were expecting them early in the morning and they didn't show until after 1pm. The owner said he called to change the time but we never received a call. It turned out good and that is all we really cared about

We were very pleased with the service A-1 provided. At the time they were very busy because of a storm that had caused a lot of damage around the Redding area; however, they were able to schedule us in within a couple of weeks of our initial contact. Mike had previously come out and given us a free estimate of the cost to have these trees removed. We found the estimate to be reasonable and competitive with other estimates we had received. The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date and got right to work. It was great to watch how efficiently and safely they worked. Within a couple of hours they had removed the trees, cut up and hauled off the wood, and ground the stumps. They cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell that they had been here other than the fact that 2 trees were no longer in our yard. We highly recommend A-1 Tree Service to anyone needing any kind of tree service.

They were very professional and very organized. They were very careful not to damage irrigation lines and sprinkler heads, and to avoid any damage to ornamental plants and vegetation. One of best things they did was clean up, there were a lot of large limbs and dead wood, leaves etc. and they left everything cleaner than when they started. In conclusion this was a very large job I believe they hauled away four large truck loads of wood and debris and I highly recommend A-1 Tree Service !

It was a very tricky project, the limb was in a hard location. They preformed the service quickly and cleaned up great! They did not hurt a thing!

Paul & his crew were on time & professional. The area was left clean with no mess left behind. Paul helped me to make better choices on what trees needed serviced. The fact that Paul is a certified arborist is to be recognized! I would highly recommend his service which is affordable.

I really like them a lot. They did a really good job. They completely removed the stumps from the ground. They were here with 3 trucks and 6-7 guys. They were here until it was almost dark to finish the job. They cleaned up everything because it was a huge, big mess. You can't even tell that they were here because they removed every little piece of debris lying on the ground. They're very clean and efficient. He did call me back but sometimes, I have a hard time getting a hold of them. They were here exactly when they were supposed to be here.
