I just have to say I was incredibly impressed. He has been doing tree work since 1996 and you can tell. He trimmed my trees with precision and they look better than ever now. I had issues with branches over my neighbors and shadowing my solar, he single handed raised the entire canopy by at least 15 feet. Everything was cleaned up after, not one stick on the ground. He was even able to spare some low branches I wanted to keep over my deck while keeping the tree balanced. I would 100% hire them again. Also, after having gotten 5 estimates from different companies, they were very reasonable. More than fair. Stand up guys and a solid, professional job well done.

They showed up 3 hours late and owner jumps out of his truck and just starts ordering his workers to tear down my fence because his boom truck was too big to fit through our double gates at the back of our property instead of taking that into account when he looked at the job, a normal person would have brought the right tools for the job, he could have rented a smaller articulating lift that would have been much easier to access the tree he was hired to remove instead he’s all about making some quick money, tear it down he orders! When I told him he was not tearing down the fence he turned and very rudely said “Why Not?” it was eventually agreed he could pop out one post to fit the truck into the yard but when he did he completely ran over and smashed one of our plants outside the fence and there is nothing left of it at all. When he got the truck into the yard and opened his outriggers to stabilize the truck he put big rectangle dents in the yard because he didn’t put out any boards of any kind for the outrigger feet to rest on. As he went to work cutting the tree I was horrified to watch as this tree was in very tight quarters with fences and smaller trees and a lot of nice landscaping underneath as well as over our house and RV structure, I imagined limbs being lowered with ropes but nope he was just cutting away dropping limb bombs everywhere not one rope was used, he dropped many limbs right on top of one of our smaller trees repeatedly just breaking it to pieces plus he dented the top of just about every wire panel alongside the side of our property that the tree was over and if that was not enough he smashed some our bushes that took years to grow to till there was nothing left and as his workers hauled out the brush they trampled other bushes on the outside of fence as well. There was some sort of damaged everywhere underneath where he worked he was very careless, once he stopped for the day I was just beside myself with anger I forbid them from coming back and finishing the job as what was left was the part over my house and RV structure and I was scared to death they would damage all that also. I was left with a huge mess in my yard to clean up fences to fix smaller trees which need broken branches cut off of and bushes to replace. This man is rude and unprofessional and is not even qualified to prune rose bushes, if you hire them you will regret it!

Employees on the roof of my $150,000.00 rv dropping limbs on the roof and scratched my nose cap and side of my rv and thought what I paid to have it buffed was too much. It’s been 8 months and now I have to take them to court. When I had Eric the owner come to look at the damages he was very arrogant and rude we almost had a physical confrontation.
