 + 1 moreGul at MicroSat is dependabvle - I called and asked for help. He gave me the option of bringing the computer ijn to his shop or of his coming out to our home. I chose to take the computer in. He diagnosed the problems and fixed them as I waited. In an hour I was on my way with some new components installed and checked. When I set the computer vback into the system at hoome, he called to verify that everything was working as it was supposed to.
Description of Work: I took a computer in that MicroSat had built for me - computer is four years old - had serveral things wrong. Gil - owner - diagnosed the problems and replaced the parts that needed replacing, made sure that the comnputer was thehn operating at peak performance and evewn called me later to make sure that the computer was working at my home. He, in the past, has made service calls to my home for other computers and he set up our wireless lan. He is very courteous and helps with suggestions for improving computer reliability and performance of networks. I go to him with all of my computer problems and needs.
