+ -1 moreUnprofessional, unethical, unreasonable. Do not honor contracts when not to their advantage and unreasonable regarding their "contracts" when used to punish an unhappy customer.
Description of Work: C&C Properties in Redding on Churn Creek listed my property from August 2015 to March 2016. They did not sell my house. Now they will not let me out of their "contract" so I can find another real estate agent. And if I were to use the services of someone else to sell my house, they want a commission.
