He was great, very honest, clean and thorough. Would differently hire him again and recommend his services. We’ve had a central vacuum system in our home for over 20 years and have always loved it. But it can be very hard to find someone to repair when needed.

Aaron was very professional and punctual. On the initial visit, he assessed our old system and lines. We were delighted that the determined that the existing lines were functioning well. He provided several options including replacing the filter in our old system, replacing the system with a new one (three units at varying price levels were provided), and options on attachment kits. I loved that Aaron provided detailed documentation of each option with price quotes, with links to learn more about each one. We choose to install a new system with excellent dust containment (in the middle price range) and an upgraded attachment kit. Aaron removed the old canister system, installed the new one, and demonstrated the attachment system. We were very pleased with the results and highly recommend this Vac Dude!

The entire process of initial contact, quote and installation could not have been handled better. At all times the staff were professional. The install took just less than 8 hours and went without a hitch. The installers cleaned up completely. We were completely satisfied. As it happened we decided we wanted some minor equipment changes. in both instances Aaron was very responsive. The second time he spent a lot of time to see if he could fulfill our requirement for the lowest possible cost. Nothing but A+'s for The VacDudes.

Everything you want in a contractor: contacted me right away, explained my options, showed up on time and with the right equipment, very polite and professional, and completed the job on the spot. Aaron clearly enjoys what he is doing and a lot of other contractors should take lessons from him on how to treat their customers right!

They did really good. I liked them. He was very reasonable and he did a very good job. We were real pleased with him. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent overall. Service was prompt and efficient. Cannot remember the name of the gentleman who came out to do the service but he was extremely nice, polite and knew what he was doing. I could not be happier with the service and would recommend Vac Dudes to anyone.

We recently purchased a house that was pre-plumbed for central vacuum. I gave Aaron a call at The Vac Dudes for an estimate, and he came out right away and quickly assessed our situation. He was prompt, courteous, and professional, even removing shoes before stepping on our floors (not a quality that you find very often in the service industry). Aaron gave me two systems to choose from with different price points, sending me web links to see the specs of the different systems. He was even able to arrange a live demonstration with my neighbor (whom I had not yet met) that had the same system so that I could see the vacuum in action. Installation was quick and easy, and he worked around my time schedule. Aaron is very responsive to any communication, whether it be phone or email. I would highly recommend Aaron and The Vac Dudes to anyone considering a central vacuum system!

Aaron traveled some distance to service my vac. The motor had to be ordered and Aaron kept me informed on the progress and installed it promptly when it arrived. The price was reasonable and the vac performs better than when it was new.

They were prompt and clean. They were the nicest two men to ever walk into my house. He gave me some tips on how to maintain my system. He is terrific. I would give him an A+++.

They did a great job. They were very competitive as far as prices were concerned. My husband asked a lot of questions and the guy who came out patiently answered all the questions. So we ended up going with them. One of our concerns was that we are here in San Diego and I think they are up in Mission Viejo, but I am not positive about that. So we were concerned about the distance but they were phenomenal. They do work for a lot of homes in Rancho Santa Fe. They were very good and we were very pleased with them. Aaron is the owner. He came down and spoke to my husband. We met the foreman that was on the job and then we met one of their workers. They were very polite and they wanted to make sure that we had all our questions answered. The installation was great but we haven't used it yet because our house work hasn't yet been completed. They answered our call immediately. My husband wrote e-mails to them with detailed questions and the owner was wonderful about answering all the questions. They were a little bit late on the first day but they called and explained that they were stuck on another job. They told us that they were coming and so they were a bit late than what they had anticipated. However, they were considerate in telling us their problem. Aaron was very good about getting back to us in a timely fashion. They were very professional as well. They also took the time to explain all the questions that we had on-site. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

Amazingly well. The Vac Dude had excellent visibility in a standard internet search. After leaving a phone message I got a call back within minutes and after spending at least ten minutes thoroughly diagnosing the problem (without ever asking for an appointment, a fee, etc.) I asked to make an appointment. He accommodated me with an early Saturday morning appointment, showed up perfectly on time and fixed our problems without wasting time. His charge was extremely reasonable. If you have a central vacuum system in your home that needs repair, Aaron and his crew are terrific.

I called The Vac Dudes from the" Vacuum" Providers List and spoke to Aaron, who is the owner/operator on Friday, 11/13th. He was available to come out the following day. He stated the fee for the service call during our initial conversation. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very courteous and professional. I described the problem and told him that I believed that I had vacuumed a sock into my system. I did this on the 2nd floor of my house and my central vacuum housing is in the garage. He assured me that his suction machine would draw the sock out which it did and the vacuum system was again operating at full capacity. I also asked Aaron if he could order some additional attachments for my central vacuum system which he said he could do. He will order those items for me and ship them to me with an invoice. I was very happy with Aaron's professionalism and knowledge and felt very satisfied that I had chosen the right person/company to help me with my problem. I highly recommend The Vac Dudes for central vacuum repair. In our conversation, Aaron informed me that his company also installs central vacuum systems which are a wonderful convenience for any homeowner.

Worked with Aaron on the phone and email to get the issues diagnosed and the new system speced. They showed up on time, replaced the old valves, repiped the new unit to the exterior and did it all quickly and professionally.
