Ralph was wonderful!! He repaired my plantation shutters as several had damaged pins. Readjusted one shutter so it moves easy and installed magnets for a better closure. He was professional and even cleaned up all the sawdust! Would DEFINITELY use him again!!!

Ralph of Saddleback Shutters was very professional from quote to the installation. He responded to my inquiry within minutes and set up an appointment so he can see the work that needs to be done and so that he can give me an accurate quote. The product was beautiful and it was according to his quote and description. His installation was excellent. The price was reasonable and competitive too. I would ask them to come back if I decide to put shutters in other parts of my house. I am grateful I found him on Angie’s list.

Ralph was great! He knew that we only had one shutter to fix and did the work seamlessly. We sold our home and the movers broke the shutter. Didn't stop him from doing great work knowing we had to work with the insurance on this. He did a great job and the new homeowners are happy as well.
