Description of Work: very bad quality, very rude!!! Ordered replacement glass for a window that was failing . it did not match existing windows and they refused to fix it.

+ -1 moreI originally went to RSM glass to have a large mirror I took out of a bathroom while renovating cut down to use for another project. Well what I thought was to be a small project turned out to be a large one. Matt an RSM glass was very helpful and understood my needs. He gave me great pricing and did an excellent job. Only thing was that it did take a while from the time I placed the order until the time it was ready. But as I was not in a huge rush, it really wasn't a big issue. My project turned out great.
