+ -1 moreI scheduled an appointment but had to cancel. When I called I was given another date. I arrived home at 1:30 pm on the new date, for an appointment that was scheduled between 2-4 pm, and found a note saying that there was an equipment problem. They had not called me to leave a message so I wasted an afternoon to return home for carpet cleaning that did not take place. I called to reschedule, again. On the date they were to come, the company was a no show. I arrived at home at 1:45 and waited until 4 pm to call. I called and left a message. I have yet to receive a call back from the company. I will not do business with them again. I went with this company because they had received an A from another person on Angie's List.
Description of Work: Company was supposed to clean carpets.

+ -1 moreIT WAS JUST OUTSTANDING. THEY ARE REALLY RELIABLE AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB FOR A GREAT PRICE. THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND A LONG TIME. I'VE USED THEM FOR TEN YEARS.
