The overall experience was excellent and professional. i received prompt and responsive communication throughout the entire process. the quotation was detailed and professional. the project was completed ahead of schedule. The quality of the work was also exceptional. Kam is a straightforward and honest business owner. the two laborers were also very kind and considerate of the tenants. I would highly recommend Pro-tec and will use them in the future.

Kam's people were very well qualified, and did first rate work. They were friendly, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They cleared out the old kitchen. They removed a ceiling soffit, raised the air conditioning vents, and rebuilt the ceiling. The cabinet maker installed the new cabinets. We met with the granite fabricator to decide which portions of the granite would be used for which parts of the counter-tops and back splash. Kam had the granite fabricated and installed. Kam's people did all the electrical work. They also installed and connected the sink, faucet, and appliances. This was the first time we have done an extensive remodel. Kam and Cindy ensured we would be happy with the results.

Kam and his team managed the project from start to finish with nothing left undone. I am so pleased with the result and the responsiveness of the team. Cabinets are custom built and good quality. The crews they use are excellent and work very well together. I will definitely have them back. Kam's wife Cindy provides helpful design suggestions. Both Kam and Cindy are a pleasure to work with, fair and hardworking. Excellent results.
