Linda's Maids - Carpet & Window Cleaning

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They charge by the man-hour and do not do the work. I paid 6 man hours to clean 3 bathroom, the kitchen, and the tile floor. I contacted the number and provided pictures of the floors and showers that clearly were not cleaned. I sent them video of their people leaving 30 minutes early without even checking with us. They even put the trash on my patio for my dogs to rip up! The person who only sends texts from 949-735-7503 did not care at all and refused to make it right. Spread the word and share your true rating. Warn people about this fraudulent company.

I set up a date for an estimate, they were a no show. I called and he told me they were running late, I set up another appointment for later that day, he showed up with what I thought was a reasonable estimate. The day they were to clean my home...no show again! He called an hour and a half later with an explanation of car trouble. I told him that I will give him one more chance and to come clean the following week. His crew showed up 45 minuets late, with no call telling me they would be late. I really cannot rate how they clean because at this point I felt like I was not a priority for them. I would not recommend Linda’s Maid service.

It went extremely well and was completed in about 2 Hours. The windows are very clean and the screens almost invisible. Note: as stated in Angie’s List information, Linda’s Maids Charge by the pane, so if a window has 2 panes, you are charged for 2. The Charge appears to be about $8/pane, but we used an Angie’s Deal for $85.

The gentleman was very efficient and professional. He did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

They performed great. On time, and they were in and out quickly while getting the windows, screens, and track cleaned with an Angies List coupon.

They truly deep cleaned, getting the dust and grime from underneath the beds and in the bathrooms. Kitchen stove was well cleaned!

All right. However, I had assumed that the price advertised would include the screens, and that each window counted as one window. But the way they counted the windows was by panels, plus I paid extra for the screens.

They did not show up on the scheduled day, and after I called them they came out the next on time. The amount of windows they include in the advertisement is very misleading. I ended up paying a lot more than the offer I purchased from Angie’s List.

I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Jesus to my emails. I haven't found that to be the case with other house cleaners. He arrived promptly on time to give me an estimate. We had recently moved in and with all the unpacking, etc. there had been no time for cleaning. For the amount of work that needed to be done, I felt the price was fair. His two ladies arrived within 30 minutes of the set time. I've found that is pretty typical because of traffic issues, etc. They were very thorough with the job they did. They even cleaned the inside of all the trash cans, something I've never had a house cleaner do. They were more than willing to help with cleaning our front porch area as well. Jesus showed up when they were finished and did a walk-through to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We were happy with the work and decided to continue with them on a regular basis.

They were late, but communicated continuously about their delay. Once they arrived they worked quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately it got dark and so some of my upper windows are not as clean as they could be. I would hire them again simply because of the good communication and 95% of my windows are excellent.

The crew did a great job. They were fast but very detailed. Very friendly. They have been back and did a great job the second time around as well.

Ladies were very nice but did not speak English so it was a little difficult to communicate what I needed or didn't need. They did a very nice job on my tile and grout. It came out beautifully. They did miss a few things like some cobwebs. They also didn't quite stay for the full 4 hours. They left about 15 minutes early.

Was told the $149 deal for 8 hrs. of cleaning only applied if we provided the equipment and cleaning supplies. Ended up paying an extra $40 cash to have job completed. Was told the $149 offer was only if we provided all supplies. This should be made clearer - it is not as good of a deal at $189.
