Linda's Maids - Carpet & Window Cleaning

This was the first time I had ever had house cleaners in my home. I was stressed about it, but the crew was thorough and kind as they went about their business.

Very well. The crew that came was extremely nice & did a superior job. The windows sparkled when they left. Would use again & highly recommend and I'm very picky for my clients (I'm a Real Estate Agent) & had to please.

They were very professional and did and excellent job on some windows that were very high up and hadn't been cleaned in ages.

Did not need very much direction, asked for clarification if unsure.

They did not vacuum under the cushions of the couches. I found a ball of dog hair in the corner of my bedroom. The pictures hanging on the walls of my bedroom were not dusted. The tops of the light fixtures in my bathroom were not cleaned. The molding along the base of the walls was not cleaned. They did a lousy job of wiping down my kitchen cupboards. There was a teenage girl working with 3 other workers. She had a poor attitude; unplugged the coffee pot while it was brewing and set the coffee pot on the formica kitchen counter. I'm very disappointed in the quality of their work.

The crew from Linda's Maids came out same day and did an amazing job cleaning my very dirty windows. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone. While cleaning the skylights they even cleaned out cobwebs in the space leading to the skylight!

It went very well. I wrote down my priorities, gave my supplies (because I react to most OTC products), and everything was done with time left. They asked if anything else needed to be done, but that was all I needed. I knew I over bought time just incase, and did not expect a credit. This also allowed me to how long they take, and they are quick! The next day I had the carpet cleaning, and we have the carpets done every 9mths or so. They did the best job we have had done. It was quick, there was no extra chemical smells (I seriously get very ill) and they respected that. You can not believe how many people come in and don't care. My rare illness is deadly. Very. They were extremely respectful. We will use again. We are looking to have someone come in once a month and we are choosing these folks. I've tried many different people, and I was pleased.

They spent three hours cleaning all of the windows and the window tracks. They cleaned some windows and tracks that were in hard to reach places that I have been putting off doing myself. They moved furniture and other items to get to the windows. They were careful not to break anything.

Really great. I stopped hiring window cleaners because they all seemed to due shoddy work or were destructive. This crew was great. Respectful and even vacuumed the tracks and cleaned them.

Linda's Maids did well. They arrived on time, the two house cleaners arrived on time and brought their own cleaning supplies, and did a decent job. I'd hire them again.

No need to hire anyone else in the future, Linda's was just terrific.

Overall good with few hiccups. Though we got off on a wrong foot, cleaners did a great job overall. They went to my billing address instead of location where I needed cleaning.- To avoid confusion, my recommendation : Provision to enter 2 addresses on website, one for billing address and other where you need the service done. Website description needs to clarify what 'Detailed refrigerator cleaning' exactly means. I read 'Detailed' as- 'Inside Out' refrigerator cleaning. Cleaner asked me to pay extra $35 if I needed inside of refrigerator cleaned. He quoted extra for cleaning the French window though it was included in the website description. I am happy with the results. I'll recommend them. Just get all your questions answered and price quoted over phone before they get to your place.

All was fine. Easy to communicate our needs, and the final product was great!

Considering how bad it looked prior they did an excellent job. However i stopped by and not all crew had arrived. They finished quite late. Still it was worth the wait so I'd use again.

It was awful. The manager for the cleaning service immediately demanded more money for the job than the money I had already paid. He threatened to not do the job that I had already paid for with Angie's List if I did not pay the additional money. In addition, he gave me a quote to clean the carpet at $159 and demanded $220 to finish the job. All in all my $139 service job cost close to $500. Very disappointed.

They did a wonderful job and the price was very competitive.

The cleaning ladies were very professional and detail oriented, however, they were not able to finish cleaning my house in the two hour allowed time for $89.00. Linda's Maids said they could finish the job for $65.00 an hour, which would be probably another two hours. That would have resulted in a $219.00 fee for my house, which I feel is far too expensive for the size and amount of work necessary.

Linda's Maids did a fantastic job. They worked really hard and were very professional yet friendly and accommodating. I did not think everything could possibly look so great. I would highly recommend them and will definitely hope to hire them in the future.

Except for a slight hiccup with the date the services were to be performed everything went very well. The ladies did a great job.
