Good - they left some tools behind so we called & they responded promptly

Our first scheduled appointment didn't happen. When the arrival time passed, I called to find out what was going on, and was told the crew had been in a car accident that morning. While I hope everyone was ok, I felt I should have been called as soon as the company knew they couldn't make the appointment. The second service date was better. The crew arrived at the end of their scheduled arrival window, but were courteous and professional. The windows were cleaned fairly well, but there were still a few streaks here and there. Good service, not great.

Paint came off as promised. Price was increased based on extra time the job would take but the actual job took less than half the time predicted. This was supposed to be a driveway cleaning service but no attempt was made to clean the oil stains on the driveway--what good is the service if it doesn't clean oil stains??

Arrived on time. Explained that since there were three of them, the four hours of labor would be reduced to 1.25. Ok. They cleaned the three bathrooms, washed the floors and vacuumed. There was no dusting and no kitchen. The little , older lady I had until she retired cleaned EVERYTHING in four hours by herself. The cleaners seemed to be moving right along so I can't explain why everything wasn't done.

They didn't show up and didn't call

The team showed up on time and started work right away. With 2 working inside and 1 outside the made short work of windows and screens. Some screens were a little sticky to remove/ install due to settling, but they handled this no problem. Outside wash with cleaner and de-ionized water... interior vacuumed, then cleaned with spray cleaner . End result spotless windows and screens very clean and almost invisible. Rated them "Excellent" in all categories except communication ( Good) because email communication was usually overnight or next day. This was only improvement area as actual cleaning was great.

The SP claims to have provided the service this morning, but when I got home this afternoon, I saw my kitchen & bathroom was not cleaned & my house is basically in a mess; the SP initially told me that they would provide service for $120.00 to do the kitchen and the bathroom, but it seems like their was very little work done when i arrived my house this afternoon; and when I called the SP to ask for how long they were in my house & what they did, but the main concern was that the SP told me that 4 hours is not enough, & told me that only the kitchen & bathroom will be cleaned in 4 hours, I agreed as long as they clean the area they said they would clean, they didn't even bother to wipe the kitchen counter top down. Mbr called the SP to asked for an apology, but instead mbr was greeted with yelling & screaming on the phone, it even came to a point that i have to hang up the phone.

They cleaned the kitchen, fridge, oven, all inside cabinets, bathrooms as wells as all floor areas & windows for a very fair price. They were punctual & completed the service in 5 hrs! The unit looked Awesome & smelled Great! My Dad's neighbor & the Realtors were so impressed so they requested their number for future referrals. If I lived in orange county I would definitely use them on a regular basis!

Ok, but was charged extra for some windows. I feel that one bay window shouldn't be charged by its 3 sides but as I whole window. I rated a C on punctuality because they texted that they would arrive 11:30-12:30 but got to my house closer to 2pm

Very well. Two women worked for four hours without a break. They did a very good job. Arrived at 9:00AM and left at 1:00PM. Very prompt.

The team was very professional and extremely detailed in their cleaning. They scrubbed appliances, cleaned shutters and windows as well as floors and dusted all surfaces. The place looks amazing!

Our windows badly needed to be washed. Jesus and his crew came in and meticulously cleaned all the windows. They finished up at sunset, which is the time of the day that shows every spot and streak on a window. There were none when they left. Great job! Great service!

These ladies did an absolutely awesome job, especially considering how terribly dirty the windows, ledges and screens were! They were more prompt than I was, they were friendly, and efficient. All in all, an excellent group of women who worked hard and in a professional manner!

My driveway looks much worse now. Circles from machinery and dark streaks from their equipment. The young man who showed up, 3 hours after he said he'd be here was very nice, but when I pointed out the above, he said it was my cement or driveway, not their work! I should have been paid for messing up my driveway. I have been out of state and then very ill since back home. Very disappointed and think I should be reimbursed. I haven't put this on Yelp yet. Will see what I hear from you.

Service pro was very responsive to my initial message and appointment was scheduled promptly. Due to an auto accident involving the crew on its way to my house, we postponed the service by one day. All windows and screens were thoroughly cleaned to my satisfaction. Today, we have a sparkling clean view.

The house cleaners were right on time, very professional, very thorough, they even stayed a little longer than the time I had paid for. I was very pleased with their work and would hire them again!
