Linda's Maids - Carpet & Window Cleaning

Jesus worked very hard and used a generous amount of pre-treatment cleaner. The result was better than expected.

Terrible, I have no interest in doing business with this company. I cannot speak for the cleaning service, but only the customer service with poor communication and follow through. While attempting to make contact and communicate with the company I did not hear back in a timely manner after "Jesus", who answered the phone communicated with me he would call me back by certain times/dates and did not follow through for three days . The phone conversations were not professional and as a potential new customer, I was guarded and not satisfied.

They were punctual, did a great job cleaning.

Linda’s maids did a outstanding job. They were on time clean and professional. I was very impressed with the customer service and outstanding workmanship. I will continue to use this company. I just had them clean my carpets and used them again for my windows.

Went very good overall and we are happy with the work. Only complaint is that they weren't on time.

It went very well, although I felt the ladies had to work too hard to finish within the time frame they were given.

It went fantastically well, they were professional, arrived on time, cleaned the whole house in short order and did a perfect job. Jesus and the maids were a pleasure to deal with and I recommend them highly.

They did a good job but was pricey!

First, they were to arrive between 11-12 noon, they arrived after 12. The two individuals that showed up did not speak any English so we could not communicate with them as to what we wanted and to make sure that the 4 hours (2 people 2 hours) of cleaning we paid for would be put to use, as we would have liked. Fifteen minutes before the time was allotted, we received a call from the individual who had scheduled the cleaning. He proceeded to tell me the two that were there cleaning could not finish and wanted us to purchase more time. This was a serious problem as we felt that was there end game, tell the customer they could not finish and have them purchase more time to complete the cleaning. We have a 1700 sq ft home, 4 bds 3 baths. However one of our bedrooms is completely empty, no furniture at all just blinds and carpet, so that room would have only take a few minutes at most. They should have had no problems completing the job in a 2 hour time frame with 2 people! We had not immediate plans or guests coming over so we did not purchase any more time, even if we had an event I would have NOT purchase more time. No we would not hire this company again. The cleaning was average at best. We could nit pick but that would be just rude and disrespectful, just leave it at the cleaning was average at best.

Excellent, best experience on Angie’s list so far. Just bought a window cleaning next.

The girls were professional and nice! They did a good job and I’d hire them again.

They did a very thorough job, and without damaging the paint on the exterior walls of my home. I was very impressed and satisfied with the job that they did, and couldn't be happier. I will definitely hire them again.

They did a good job, it did cost more for them to use their supplies $40, which I found to be kind of expensive being I already paid$150 and they were only here from 8:30-10:45. They were about 30 minutes early for our appt which I didn't mind because I picked up stuff the night before. It would of made it inconvenient if I wasn't home, I think if you set a time, that's when they should show up. After cleaning upstairs they asked me to make sure it was to my liking and if I wanted them to do anything again, so that was nice. House got cleaned and that was the main idea but for 8 hours of cleaning, they left earlier then the time allotted and I would of liked maybe the refigerator cleaned out, but I wasn't going to ask because I had a feeling it would of cost more.

The crew was wonderful. Easy to communicate with lead of the three person team. Work was done exactly as asked and was extremely thorough. They did an amazing job, including the cleaning of our shutters which were very dirty. I would not hesitate to have the team out again!

Since I didn’t hear from Mr. Cruz, I called the morning his people were to come. I had purchased the coupon, but I had called before I purchased to ask questions so scheduled the day and time with him that day. I called because I could not remember if he had my address. The way he replied to my question, I don’t think he remembered that he had scheduled me. With that shakey start, I was very happy with the two women who came and cleaned the windows. They did a great job.

Linda’s Maid provided excellent on time and professional cleaning service. Jesus paid detailed attention to the job to make sure all areas of carpet, including heavy trafffic areas get thoroughly cleaned. He added no extra charges, completed job on time and left no mess behind. Better experience than last two jobs. I will definitely hire Linds Maid a again.

It went very well. A supervisor drove the two workers to the house. I told the supervisor exactly what I wanted, she relayed that to the workers and they did everything I asked. I was able to get a special price at a big savings. The house cleaners worked for 2 1/2 hours

Great job on inside and outside downstairs. Some streaks left on 2nd story windows in front.

I bought the service but ended up returning it. I waited for a few days, and no one contacted me. The someone reached out to me via email, very unprofessionally, and asked me for date and time. I tried to call the phone number listed, no one answer, the email went unanswered. I felt very sketchy. I cannot recommend this any shop that sets up a front, but cannot provide customer service.

Great! This is the second time I’ve used Linda’s Maids and they have been excellent both times. Punctual (they give a 1 hour arrival window) and thorough. Deep clean areas that others typically try to avoid (e.g under the couch, behind the tv etc.).
