It went great Carpets and all look fantastic , were professional , not too wet so dried in a day Walk through what stains didn't come out and way , house feels clean!!

Everything went well, the team arrived right on time and after a brief discussion on required tasks they went to work. The supervisor left the two ladies to work on their own saying he would pick them up after 3hrs., the allotted time paid for. My wife and I left the house also and returned 10 minutes before pick up time, the ladies were still at work and the supervisor who had arrived earlier was also helping. They worked several minutes beyond the limit while we inspected their handy-work. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the results and told the supervisor this. In my opinion this was one of the best cleaning service we have received and would definitely use Linda's Maids again when needed.

Ran out of time for the kitchen. I'm planning for them to return to do the kitchen. Possibly monthly service. Thank you!

Excellent. Very satisfied. I loved the fast response to my message. I messaged several businesses here on Angies list and only heard back from 2. This company texted back immediately. This is a family business. The team is very professional and polite. Hard workers and I am very happy with the outcome. I will hire them back in the future and highly recommend you using this company. Good communication skills and willing to stay as long as it takes to make the customer happy! They are well equipped to come in and assist in whatever project you need when it comes to making your home clean.

Excellent service. They cleaned my home very well doing little things that I usually would have to point out to other services, but, they did automatically. Prompt & polite too.

They were excellent. Jesus went out of his way and time to quote the job, and arrived as scheduled for the service. The cleaned the windows and all screens, and I was very impressed as they also gave special attention to cleaning the tracks. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family.

They did really good job, but they washed the numbers off the dials of my stove so I cannot read them anymore.

I called to get a quote/set up an appointment. The soonest they could come by was two days later so we set up a 1pm appointment and I rearranged my schedule to make sure I was in the office when they came by. They didn't come, they didn't call.

They did show up 40 minutes behind schedule. We opted for three cleaners at $65/hr. they got to work right away. We contracted for three hours. They went a little over. They seemed pretty thorough but perhaps mismanaged their time a bit as they were kind of rushed toward the end. The women did chat with each other quite a bit during the service. One of the cleanes accidentally broken a mirror and they offered to replace it. Overall, they did a nice and thorough job.

One of the few times in my life that I absolutely felt cheated. Frankly, I'm upset with the decision to go with this company. I understand that this one only one crew (and even members of the crew were OK), but they represent Linda's. After bidding this out to several companies, we went with Linda's because they seemed experienced and the price was great. Like all things in life, it was too good to be true. They bid $185 for a deep clean that ended up being a light dusting with a lot of yelling. Most their competitors bid closer to twice this and now I know why. I should have known better. From watching them early on, I could tell this wasn't going to be a very "deep" clean. * The crew was due to arrive 8:00 - 8:30AM. They showed at 8:41AM. They got right to work. * They quickly (almost hastily) completed the upstairs. I had to ask them to dust above window sills, above doors, on top of toilet lids. Some members of the crew were much more thorough than others. * They followed our instructions for cleaning limestone (thank goodness) and used our provided cleaner. * I continually emphasized that they HAD to dust (that was whole point). They were using old rags, rather than feather dusters and definitely didn't get hard to reach spots. I had to point them out. * After pointing out several spots for dusting, a lady said she was done. I ran my finger over the top of a bookcase and STILL a huge pile of dust. * They didn't ask me what to use on the floors downstairs. They were about to use a product and a wet mop that would have destroyed our laminate floor. * Toilets had to be recleaned. I had to inspect everything and ASK them to reclean. * They had to reclean several areas that had dirt from the painters. Again, I had to ask them to do this. * They did a terrible job dusting unless you watched them and told them what to do. * Furniture wasn't dusted or vacuumed as was specifically asked when we bid out the project. * This is great... There's still soap scum all over a tub upstairs. I was told that the products they use don't get it off the first time ("Only XX% the first time it gets it off," he says). The one male with the crew said that future cleanings (multiple trips) would resolve this. Hilarious! They left and it came right up with scrub'n bubbles. I would have been better off doing it myself. * Was told that dusting a shelf in a closet was not included. It would be extra (?). We were told they would be here for 3h with a crew of three. The same gentleman who quoted the project arrived at about 10:40AM (when I saw him at least) to dust the garage. His crew was packing up. I asked him why they were leaving and he explained they were done. With a puzzled look, I asked him why they weren't staying for the full three hours especially since there was still dusting and other items. He explained that we signed a contract for a flat rate and that they were done. At this point, after chasing these folks around and constantly hounding them to do their jobs, I was frustrated. I explained that there was still work to be done and that said 3h - 3h20m. My wife wasn't here so this guy tried to sell me on the fact that it was a shorter job and that he never said that. I reconfirmed with my wife again. I told him I would be happy to pay him for 2h of work for the 3 people. He was irrate and said I signed a contract. I said, ok well then you need to CLEAN the house. I told him he was the professional and I should not have to point out things like dusting for a post-construction "DEEP CLEAN" clean-up! He proceeded to tell me if I paid 2h then I would be violating the contract and that he would send the rest to collections (something to that effect). At that point I told him there was still work to do and if they weren't going to do it, he could leave my house immediately. They started to pack up their things but he remained in the garage dusting. We reconnected a few minutes later and he said I could make a list of all the things and then pay the flat rate and they would address them. AND, so I did. The list of things included everything they were supposed to do originally (like DUST and clean furniture). They did the rest of the work and he goes "OK ALL DONE" before I had inspected the work. In fact, I ended up cleaning some items myself (it was just easier at that point). The guy was still giving me flak about things like dusting above a wall lamp because it "wasn't covered." I came to learn very quickly that these guys underbid just to get the job. You get what you pay for. The whole escalation of events was very frustrating. I feel like the guy spent more time trying to get out of doing simple task than just getting them done. After they left, I found cobwebs upstairs. A lady had told me she dusted in that room. I guess that sort of sums up the experience. I paid them in full. I just wanted to be done with it. Very sad. Most my other experiences off Angie's have been great.

They are very responsive to customer's calls and requests, even in night and weekend. The quote is reasonable, and the service is at top of quality. They came like 15min late, but gave us a call notice in advance. They had 5 people clean the carpet, floor, kitchen, blinds, windows, screen and walls. It took them 3.5 half hours to complete the job. We were very satisfied.

Two people showed up, took quick look around and gave a price on a scrap sheet of paper. When asked about products they used they could not tell me. I have wooden floors and they said they would vacuum over them !!! Did not know how to correctly clean wooden floors or what correct product to use. I found them to be unprofessional and uneducated. English was fair to poor in communication.

The crew (2) plus Jesus arrived right on time and Jesus directed each worker to a different area of the house. The bathrooms were done first, followed by the bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen. They were very, very thorough and fast. It was obvious that they were professionals and they knew exactly what they were doing. Jesus followed up on all the the work as the crew progressed. He also checked with me to see that I was satisfied with they work done and to see if I had any "special requests." I felt free to ask them to do the little "extras" I like done to keep my house in tip-top shape. Jesus made the entire experience extremely positive and I look forward to being one of his regular customers.

They were always on time and paid attention to detail.

It is difficult to find a cleaning service who show up an do a good thorough job, but I find Linda's Maids do fill the bill. I have used the service for over two years and I am very pleased with the results. I speak with Jesus the day of my service and check the time they will arrive and I have been pleased that they always show up as scheduled. There is a team of 3 or 4 that come to each cleaning service. They do an excellent job and are very pleasant. If at the cleaning that day I have a particulart area that I want to have them pay close attention to we discuss that before they start and I have been very please with the results. Jesus is the owner and manages his staff very well. He usually has one person that reports to him if he is not at my cleaning overseeing the staff himself. It works really well overall. I also have them do my windows and they do an excellent job on windows. There are certain windows that I have done with each service my French doors and the bay window in my kitchen, but I also do additional windows periodically through my service to keep them windows looking good...the results are excellent. I think if you try Linda's Maids you will be happy with your results and the crew as I have been over the past two years.

We have a 2-story house & they do an excellent job. They clean the screens & sliders, the windows inside & out. When they get done you can definitely see out the window better. Their prices are good & they're very cooperative & answer any questions I have. We also use them regularly for housecleaning service.

We have been happy with them we have been using them for 5 months now and they are pretty good on their timing their not always on time but I think it's part of the nature of the business. their always within an hour of the time they say the will be here. They do a good job with the cleaning. sometimes you have to remind them of little things but over all they do a good job.

She did an excellent job and her price is very reasonable. They are bonded and insured and they have a license number. It is a family business. They take off their shoes before they come inside. They have all their own cleaning supplies; you don?t have to supply any. If you have any special cleaners that you want them to use, they will use that. If you want them to do anything specific, they will do it without any questions. They are very punctual. The other day they were sitting outside the house. They were fifteen minutes early, but they didn?t knock on the door. They waited until the time they were supposed to be here. They are very professional. They are Spanish speaking; so some of the people in the crew don?t speak very good English. They are very pleasant and have a nice personality.
