They were amazing. So thorough and professional. They cleaned things I have never thought of cleaning. I was very impressed!

They only finished the kitchen but for an extra cost stayed and finished 1 bathroom

The cleaning crew was great. However, the landlord showed up unannounced and the owner of this company started discussing additional services that needed to be done, which was totally unprofessional - seeing on how now the landlord is expecting ME to pay for these additional services. He could have just given him a business card and talked to him at another time, not while they were on my dime. I ended up having to call the police to get the landlord to leave!

Window cleaning and pressure washing driveways. J and his helpers arrived exactly on time, for a Angie's list coupon to clean my windows. They were without question the most thorough and most careful window cleaning crew I have ever hired, and I was very very impressed with the quality of their work. J then went on to do the driveways And again I was very very impressed with the care and attention to detail. He certainly spent longer trying to get every mark off than I would have expected, it was a very fair price and these are lovely people to deal with

The girls were very good but not as fast as my current housekeepers. They did not finish everything in their "2" hours. You need to let others know, ad says 4 hrs. But it is actually 2 girls, 2 hrs. = 4 hrs.

Great , they did a very good job in cleaning my house. But they only had 2 hours so I let them not to clean my kitchen because the short timing

Jesus was very accommodating when we discovered the utilities had been turned off. He gave me some options for how to get the work done and we made a new appointment. On the day of, they showed up on time, were professional and efficient, and did a great job cleaning the entire house. A detailed receipt and scope of service was provided immediately after.

Great, had to add on cleaning for extra items, but well worth the money.

Scheduling part was clunky. Couple of days delay in scheduling and they don't pick up the phone, didn't show up at the time they promised. But they called back for rescheduling for the same day. There was a confusion in the address as well but they were responsible and got the job done by the time they promised. I will hire them again.

There are 3 soiled areas of the carpet. Heavy walking areas. All of which he is doing the up selling for an additional $100 bucks. He also wants to use a tool I do not want used on my carpet. The Rotavac 360. It just smears things around in my past experience. I only wanted the Hot Water Extraction tool, but he was insistent. We argued over the square footage, the soiled area and what machine to use. I did not want him to use the Rotavac and then he said it would still be an extra $100 for the soiled areas and the extra square footage? What extra footage? I paid for 1200 Sq ft. 5 Rooms 12x12. Ugh!! We went round and round on the Square Footage first, then the use of the Rotavac. Kill me now. I finally said, okay. Enough. We are done. I will get my money back, and I will call Stanley Steamers. Thank you very much. I have to pay an extra $40 dollars, but I already know what I am getting, with NO hassles and without all the Up Selling b/s that wasted over a half hour of my time. Stanley is on their way today.

I hired Linda's Maids because our tenants have had a hard time keeping the house clean. Jose responded promptly and fulfilled everything we had discussed over the phone regarding costs, scheduling, etc. The tenants said the cleaners arrived on time and did a good job cleaning.

They came on time and did a very detailed cleaning, especially in the kitchen.

Took approximately 2 hours for their 3 workers to clean my house. Everything went perfect. I've been working with Linda's for about 10 years. Prompt and show up within a half hour of their appointment times. They've also done some power washing and window cleaning. The most delightful show up to do the work, very helpful and if you ask for something they do it right away.
