Description of Work: We have been using this carpet service for many years. Jim is always reliable and we are pleased with his work. Today I noticed his truck at the neighbor's house and asked Jim if he could spare time to clean a couple of spots in our upstairs bedroom. He was very accommodating . I would not hesitate to recommend him. In fact, we recommended Jim to these neighbors some time ago and they too continue to use him.

+ -1 moreJim was excellent. I called him Monday afternoon, and he gave me his first appointment on Wednesday, I wasn't available for Tuesday. He was on time, efficient and he showed us the difference between the dirty carpet and the clean part and it was amazing!! Such a difference! I would recommend him to all my friends and family!

+ 0 moreTHE OWNER, WHO WAS ALSO THE WORKER, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ON TIME AND TOOK THE EXTRA TIME TO PREP FOR THE JOB NOT TO DIRTY OR DESTROY OTHER AREAS OF THE HOUSE. THE ONLY RESERVATIONS WE HAD WAS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE. WE WERE NOT 100% SURE 'HOW' CLEAN OR EFFECTIVE HIS TECHNIQUE AND EQUIPMENT WERE.
Description of Work: FOOTHILL CARPET CARE PERFORMED TWO SEPARATE SERVICES FOR THE HOME. THE FIRST WAS A GENERAL CARPET CLEANING AND THE SECOND WAS AN UPHOLSTERY CLEANING FOR THREE SOFAS.
