The entire process was great. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. I was told the crew would show up, evaluate the openings in the attic, let me know what size fan the house could accommodate and they would have several sizes available to immediately do the installation. If I decided I did not want it installed or wanted to wait, there would be no charge. The crew showed up at the scheduled time. Took their time evaluating my house and gave me several options. They were very patient while I made my decision. I chose to go with the 3.1 fan. The installation was fast and easy. The crew was very respectful of my house and cleaned up when they were done. The foreman (Joel) took his time to explain the process every step of the way. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and wish I had done it years ago. I never felt pressured during the process. I've recommended them to my family and friends. I wish all my home improvement projects could go this well.

Installer showed up and installed the fan in 2 hours or less. Kept area very clean. The product is OUTSTANDING. I've had it in for 3 years and it works great. Two speed with auto shut off for 1-6 hours. Very powerful but quiet. This product is made for the Southern California climate with hot days and cool nights. Cheap to operate versus A/C. I have recommended it to many friends and neighbors. Glad I saw the newspaper article about it.

The installer, Chris, arrived right on schedule, was very professional and explained everything including warranty information and answered all our numerous questions. The fan was installed within two hours. Chris left the area spotless and we are very pleased with the product. My neighbor had a different fan installed recently from another company, which is so much louder than ours, I am so pleased we chose Comfort Cool Fan Co. over the competitors.

There really wasn't much that I didn't like about them. They are pretty expensive and that would be my only complaint. I liked their punctuality, neatness and professionalism. They were very clear about what expectations I should have. They were good and better than my expectations. I would use them again and definitely recommend them too.

It went well. Mike had been out last year to give us an estimate, and we decided to put in a whole house fan this year. Mike was able to schedule me for the day after I called to order, and David came to install the fan. It took about four hours to install. The opening is covered with a grate that really isn't very noticeable. David showed us how to work it and went over the best ways to take advantage of our new fan. We are very happy with it and know it will cool our house this summer.
