Description of Work: We found Bob on Angie's List several years ago and have used him ever since. He is detail oriented on every aspect of the job from set-up to clean-up. And, he always looks for the most cost effective solution. This go-round Bob and his assistant Martin modified our stair rail and patched up an existing step before the painters and carpet people came in to do their thing. The job was done to it's usual perfection. Can't recommend Bob highly enough!!

Description of Work: Bob's service was very professional, clean and quality oriented. Bob is sincere, very punctual and always keeping things clean so as to not disturb the home. Bob is flexible on adding scope to his work as customer's often see little things here and there worth adding on to the effort. We did notice that Bob's estimates were off and we paid more than expected for our job. Just make sure you consider this when you contract. Otherwise, we'll hire him again.

He did everything he said he would do and also gave me ideas on some items for the future. He was very conscious of the time and made good use of every minute. Description of Work: Bob helped us hang all of our pictures in our office. We had just moved into a new office. He also fixed "odds and ends" type things while he was here. He was VERY professional, friendly and very good at what he does. Our office looks wonderful! He has a good eye as well!

Description of Work: It went great! They did various odd jobs around my home... fixing lighting fixtures, replacing high bulbs, fixed outdoor fountain, replaced air vent screens, drywall repair, etc...

Description of Work: Bob and Martin were great! They installed a stove vent. The encountered several challenges along the way and handled them easily and accurately. They would be first on my list to call for handyman services in the future.

Description of Work: This is the second time we have used Bob for handyman projects, that tells you that we like him very much. Projects this visit: |1.) Hung large 6' Sun Setter outdoor shade over Kitchen window. Excellent job by Bob, this is the second large outdoor shade he has installed for us. |2.) Moved two large 8'outdoor curtain rods closer to the house. Perfect. |3.) Removed water damaged door molding and floor molding in a small bathroom and installed new molding. I sent Bob photos of the molding type, style and dimensions, he sent me a link to a web site to select the new molding style and recommended the styles that matched or were close to the damaged ones. I picked the one I wanted and Bob purchased new molding before he came out to install it. This was a real time saver for us rather than having us make a trip to a store to look at samples etc. and it insured that we got what we wanted. I suppose some people would prefer to shop, but we are not shoppers so providing this link was perfect for us. |Bob did an excellent job, he took all of the current molding off and installed the new and it looks great. Bob does not paint, which is fine, we'll get that done or do it ourselves. | |Bob's work is always quality and if necessary he will respectfully make modifications if you want minor project changes. He always leaves our home, inside or out, clean and you would never know work has been done. He is very accommodating and his pricing is VERY fair. We highly recommend Bob for handyman projets.

Description of Work: Bob was the best handyman I have every used. Reliable, punctual and did everything he said he would do. Very trustworthy and does great work. Explained what he would be doing, cleaned everything up afterwards. I would use him again.
