It went very well. He arrived promptly, checked out all the parts he needed to install in the 4 sink fronts and then proceeded to install them. He then moved on to the small chandelier and installed that. He's a very pleasant person and I will absolutely use him again.

Bob was very patient with us as various changes were made during the job. His time on the job starts when he arrives on site to work, not out shopping for materials. All the materials are at cost no mark-up. Bob always kept our space clean from the debris. We're very pleased with the work he did for us and would not hesitate to enlist his services again in the future

I give Bob straight A's. He is friendly, professional, punctual, and very careful about the quality of his work. As others here have noted, he buys all required materials at retail, shows you the receipts, and does not mark anything up. His hourly rate might be a tad higher than some other handymen, but he more than makes up for it by being quick and concentrated on the work at hand. Recommended most highly.

live in apartment complex that allows installation of hanging curtains. However their maintenance people aren't allowed to install such a task due to liability reasons. Being new in the area and not knowing anyone to help, I was able to find a great reference here who was quick to respond and did a fantastic job!!! I highly recommend Bob's Handyman and repair service. He showed up on time as promised. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and does a great job!!! He was quick and did the job perfectly that it looked so easy. He has a good eye for detail to make sure that all was even and the panels laid right. Also was able to answer questions on my concerns with holes in the wall and what screws were best to use to assure proper installation. He also hanged a fairly nice size decorative candle sconce for me and before then I wanted to get his opinion on where to hang it. Great suggestion and very handy indeed!!! So pleased with the service I would definitely use his services in the future. The estimated time in doing all this was was done exactly an hour. And plan to recommend him to my apartment complex for tasks such as these.

I have been very pleased with Bob's work. I've used him to: - put up blinds - hang a tv - put railroad ties on my driveway - haul away a ton of books (literally) - install lights - install shelves - remove cupboards in the kitchen

I was impressed that he was thoughtful enough to call me ahead of the appointment and let me know that he was running about 15 minutes late. I usually feel like it is a miracle if a handyman or contractor shows up at all. When he arrived, he fixed a door that has been a nuisance for the last five years in about 30 minutes, and then took care of some other things around our house that probably would have taken me all day. He seemed perfectly happy to do as many jobs as possible to fill his 90 minute minimum charge. I was impressed with how quickly he got things done. He also turned down a couple of repair opportunities in our house where he could have made more money, but knew we'd be better off either replacing the item or calling a specialist. He doesn't mark up materials, and his hourly rate is very reasonable when you consider how fast he works.

Bob did an outstanding and very professional job. I highly recommend him and will call him back in the future. He worked efficiently, was very responsive to what we needed done, and went above and beyond in getting the job done. Will definitely recommend him and refer to him to family and friends. I was impressed with his knowledge, speed, tools, and workmanship. Bob was able to figure out a way to remake/repair the broken parts, and in under an hour he was able to put the roll-up screen back in full function again. Bob also made a quick fix to a florescent light in our garage. My wife and I were impressed with Bobs' positive personality as well. We will certainly ask him to do bid on other jobs around the house, as they come up.

Very happy with professionalism and quality of work. Bob went beyond scope of job and designed special bungee fasteners to keep it from flapping in wind. Now consider Bob "my" handyman.

Bob finished the work within 3 days, removed all damaged siding, cut it up so I could put it into my trash can, procured all new materials, cut them to specifications, primed the new wood, wrapped the siding, and nailed the new boards back up. He caulked the boards where required and offered to paint them but suggested that a professional painter could probably do the job for less. I took him up on that suggestion as I had a painter coming for another reason. Bob is professional, courteous, honest, and fair. I highly recommend him.

Every single time we have hired Bob Fletcher, we have been extremely pleased with his workmanship, his professional attitude, and just the general overall quality of his work, which is excellent! We have only had positive experiences with him, and we highly recommend him for all types of projects, large and small.

Bob did a great job with our new laminate flooring. I worked with him throughout and we learned how to do it faster and better. Saved money over Home Depot installation. My only "B" comes from quality of installation because this was his first time doing this kind of laminate, but he knocked off some money from his bid because it took us longer than expected. I'm sure if he had to do it again, it would be an "A." Most important: Our unpleasant living room carpet is now a thing of history and the floor is beautiful and durable under the feet of our small kids and cats.

My husband and I and are not the handiest people and we had many pictures that needed to be hung and lots of little things that needed repair around the house. I searched Angie's List for a handyman to help out with some of the little jobs that we knew we would never get done. I left a message for Bob and he called me back in a few days to ask what I needed done and to tell me a little about himself. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived right on time and did a great job with everything. He even helped me decide where to hang some of the pictures. Bob was very professional and left everything clean when he was done. I will absolutely have him back to hang some curtains and various other things.

Bob is very professional and efficient and did an excellent job on all items. He is friendly and easy to talk to and great to work with, explains everything he is doing in a clear and understandable manner. He arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon, shows you all the receipts for things he needed to purchase and has a very reasonable rate for the quality of work he does...and he completed all the tasks faster than I thought possible. He has attention to detail and even noticed some irregularities with some of the baseboards in other areas (clear caulking used; incorrect fit around kitchen cabinet) and fixed that as well.

He doesn't do electrical or painting. He has done everything from cabinets in my garage to handles on all of the cabinets in my home. He is very honest and communicated well. He is good at sticking to the times that he gives you. He is easy to get a hold of.
