Description of Work: Jim performed a variety of repairs and replacements in my 2 1/2 baths including, for example, replacing faucets, installing new high efficient toilets, painting. Jim made a couple of excellent suggestions which I took. I'm a very satisfied customer. Plan on utilizing his services in the future. |

Description of Work: I hired him to completely remodel one bathroom, install a walk-in shower in another bathroom, and install a tile backsplash in our kitchen.

Description of Work: Unfortunately time passed and I received no estimate from him so I called and he gave me an amount over the phone.

Description of Work: James redid a floorboard under my toilet. He was very punctual and polite and explained in detail how he would perform the work and did so exactly as described.

Description of Work: Jim chipped out a broken floor tile in the bathroom and replaced it.

Description of Work: I had purchased an "as is" condo (had been a rental for 20 years) in April 2009. Since I can't afford to remodel, Ive been doing a lot of cleanup projects. Jim Gretzler spent a day in May 2009 just helping me with handyman projects. He did everything from recaulking and grouting my bathroom tile, installing a new shower head, hung a double shower rod and an ove- the-toilet cabinet. He hung shelving, pictures, and a large metal sculpture over the fireplace, replaced door knobs (after I made a mess out of the project), quake proofed my large glass and mirror wall units, installed a dimmer switch in my kitchen, and cut off the bottom of my back yard gate. That's probably not all he did, but you get the idea. Actually,he even helped me pull out my fridge so I could get behind it to clean!!! This job was about $250.00. Last year I wanted to replace my kitchen sink and faucet. I purchased the items I wanted, and Jim installed. He did suggest that I replace the tile counter, but that expense was not in my budget. So, Jim got busy cutting tile and was able to install the sink beautifully without damaging any of the old tile. It looks wonderful! He did a great job, prevented as much mess as he could for cutting tile, and cleaned up when he was done. Jim always shows up when he says, does a wonderful job, and I'm working on my next list for a day's worth of work for him to do. He's honest, friendly, and you can trust him in your home if you need to go out to run errands.
