Annie's Essential Cleaning

She came over once and cleaned one room. She was late because, she says, her kids left the car door open and she had to call AAA. We rescheduled for today, Sunday, because our house really needed to be cleaned. One hour before she was supposed to be here she texted me that she was sick and very sorry and, in the end, wanted to come by this Thursday instead. She clearly never intended to come today (Sunday) but waited, again, until the last minute to text me (didn't even call). I let her know we would not be using her. In the end she was great at 'selling' herself but she did not deliver on anything. Regardless, do not hire this services (it's only one person) if you expect any kind of reliability or responsiveness. She is not trustworthy nor honest.

Annie did a great job of cleaning my house. She uses her own essential oil products, which I am very impressed with. Her products leave no residue and leave a very clean and fresh smell. Annie's attention to detail is great and she is willing to work on what you want done specifically. She doesn't chatter or talk on the phone while she cleans. Good focus, good work!
