Description of Work: After 30 years of use, our heating and air conditioning system needed to be replaced. I got 3 bids and Aliso Air offered the best quality system for the best price. They were extremely professional and completed all of the work in just 1 day. They left the house and garage in a very clean, organized, and efficient manner. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. The salesman did not put pressure on to buy, and didn't try to "up-sell" a system. They listened to what you wanted, and then gave you options. Overall their service was fantastic!

Description of Work: Replaced Capacitor in A/C compressor. Was anticipating a huge bill and need to replace 16 yr old unit with new A/C system for $3500+. Turned out to be "just" the capacitor. $98 service call applied to repair. $210 out the door, 30 minute job, and service tech had the part on the truck so no ordering/waiting/return visit required.

The technician was timely, friendly and helpful.
Description of Work: Aliso Air has serviced our air conditioning in the past. This time they noticed an excessive refrigerant leak and recommended performing a test to isolate the problem. Following the test they determined where the leak was and provided a couple of options to resolve it.

He was very nice. He was very much a gentlemen. He showed up when he said he would and was very informative without being arrogant. He didn't try and sell us, instead, he told us that we could do without a new unit at this time. We've used them for years.
Description of Work: They came out and repaired the A/C unit and said that it would probably be our last season with this unit.

THEY'RE GOOD, AN A. THEY RESPOND WELL. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY'RE HELPFUL. THEY HAVE GOOD PEOPLE RELATIONS. WE'VE USED THEM FOR SIXTEEN YEARS, AND WE'VE BEEN SATISFIED. THEY DO A GOOD JOB OF CHECKING OUT OUR AIR CONDITIONING AND OUR FURNACES. THEY LOOK AT EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE IT'S WORKING. THEY TURN IT ON AND TURN IT OFF. WE HAVEN'T HAD TO CALL THEM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER HEAT. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS.

THE SERVICE MAN WENT INTO MY ATTIC AND CLOSED THE SAFETY DOWN ON THE FURNACE AND EVERYTHING WAS WORKING AGAIN. HE ALSO SET EVERYTHING FOR ME AGAIN. I WAS SATISFIED.
