He has a keep knowledge of the market. I am a business person with significant finance and business transactions experience, and Dan was invaluable in assisting us close on the right home at the right price. He is a consumate professional who cares about his customers. He was more concerned about finding us the right home than in closing quickly, and he helped us throughout the process, including assisting in purchasing certain items from the previous owners and also in dealing with requested repairs. Dan was extremely patient with us as we worked through our decision process. I highly recommend him, and am in the midst of working with him again.
Description of Work: Dan was our real estate agent for our recent home purchase. This was my first home purchase and my wife's second. Dan determined what sort of home would work for us, showed us homes to better assess our needs and preferences, and then focused on the homes with the best fit. He led the entire home buying process - making a timely offer, setting up the inspections, in securing a home loan and in closing.
