The technician was able to tell me about the carpet quality and his expectation as to how well it would respond to cleaning. He was right on the money. The carpet looks great!

Really didn't seem to get the carpets clean. The result was the same throughout the house.

Smith's did a fine job cleaning my carpets - from the first response from the owner on the Angie's message board, to the on-time delivery of the six rugs which were expertly placed in my house. The rugs were cleaned at Smith's facility.

All went perfectly. Initial conversation with the owner Steve made me feel confident that his company could do the job well. The pricing was very fair, the communications regarding the timelines was flawless. I knew exactly when they were supposed to be there and the tech even called right before arriving. I have felt somewhat "ripped off" by some other carpet cleaning companies, but I'm very satisfied with Smith's and would recommend them to others.

We were very pleased with this service. When he came out he suggested we do a test first on an inconspicuous area of our high quality but very old white sofa, love seat and chair to see if it would hold up to the cleaning it needed since it was older furniture. He did that and we waited a few days and called him back when we saw that it had helped and wanted the job done. We were so impressed that he would come out and do that instead of just wanting the money and jumping into what could have ruined our furniture. He cleaned it very well and was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant and work with. I will definitely use Smith's for future carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning.

The technician called to explain he was running late and provided a new time for his arrival. He then arrived at that time. He was friendly and professional and got quickly to work. The technician cautioned us about cleaning two of the rugs because of the material, age and condition. We asked him to go ahead accepting the responsibility, but he also adjusted his cleaning method to minimize the possibility of damage to the rug. We asked to add another rug not on the original request and he happily agreed even though it meant working longer as we were his last stop of the day. He made sure to clean up any wet spots on the tile floor when he was finished. We were happy with the rugs and the couches when he was finished. We thought the price reasonable for the work done. We will use this cleaning service again.

Everything was wonderful. They arrived promptly and were extremely efficient and professional. Daniel explained the process thoroughly and the possible results we might expect to see. He said that red wine is very difficult to get out, and to let them know if they weren't successful on their first try, he assured me that they would do a 2nd process if needed. The wine stain is gone and the rug looks marvelous. In addition, the fabric on the recliners looks bright and refreshed. I would definitely hire them again and will recommend Smith's Carpet Cleaning to others.

Ernesto came and he did a wonderful job. He started with an enzyme and then used a steam cleaner. Then he sucked out the damp and left a powder to absorb the rest of the wetness. He even cleaned as he backed out of my home. You can't tell there was any wine on the carpet. Ernesto was beyond excellent.

He does a terrific job. My carpet has never been so clean. He is tidy and does all the work for you.

tile and carpet were steam cleaned on the morning of the 30th. We arrived later in the afternoon and were pleasantly surprised at the transformation. Not only was the carpeting bone-dry, but the tile looked amazing. Steve was able to bring the grout back to its original color which seemed an impossibility. This house had approximately 1700 square feet of tile and carpet and with the amount of work Steve must have had to do, the price seemed very fair to us. I would not hesitate to use and/or recommend this company again. You won't be disappointed!

They were able to accommodate our narrow schedule window and showed up on time, very courteous. We had one location initially planned for cleaning and when we saw the fantastic results, we asked if he was able to do our other property. He was there the next day! Both locations were heavily soiled, one turned out great, the other so-so, although it is more likely the differences in the carpet (length of the pile). The first was a longer fiber carpet that hid more wear and tear than the second location. The other lower pile carpet shows every mark. I would not hesitate to call again.

Technician arrived late and harried. We discussed the soil and stains involved. I signed a release that no guarantee of an improvement in the appearance of the furniture and rugs involved was offered. He then quickly sprayed the furniture and carpets and quickly vacuumed them. There was no attempt to work on the soiled spots. He mentioned that after 24 hrs. drying time the look should improve. It didn't. I had the job repeated after moving to Idyllwild, CA.with excellent results - at less price. In the future I will use well-known suppliers with an established record of service.

Went well. I think you could get the same job for less with other carpet cleaning companies. They don't take credit cards, only a check.

He was very professional and very nice. I would have given them like a grade A rating just over the phone. They got back to me right away. I did my question in an email to the company that's on their site and I told them what my problem was. They got back to me the next day with a quote.
