Description of Work: 1st: Licensing info given cannot possibly be correct. |2nd: Manuel also advertises in telephone book and that is how I found him initially. |He was late. Would not explain thoroughly. Refused to negotiate. And, wanted $18,000. to do my roof, without any suggestions about how it might be conserved, painted with a proper coating, patched, etc. Did not work for me.

+ -1 moreThe guys were very responsive from day one. He assessed, gave advice, and we came to terms a week or so after receiving the bid. There was no bias over one roofing system to another. Many roofers I met pushed a particular roof. Manuel heard my suggestions and went with it adding additional thought and expertise. What impressed me the most was the speed in which he got started. We met on a Friday, executed the contract, wrote out a couple of checks, and they were hard at work 24 hours later. He pulled permits the same day. I highly recommend the guy.
Description of Work: Tear-off. Including detached garage. Installed a new rolled roofing system with a glacier white rock to meet Title 24. The home is a mid-century modern we are in the midst of restoring.
