Billy ( William) was not upfront with the scope of work that I requested. He demanded more money after I approved the work. He was unprofessional and declined the work instead of correcting it. His estimate and scope work is not transparent and he skips things you request. Please be aware! Suren PS : Scope of work: Basic gas pipe line less than 10 Linear feet for the fire pit and Grill $850 and $200 for installing circulation pump. Total $1050.
Description of Work: No work performed. the scope of work not transparent and demanded more money after I approved the work over the phone.
