The work went seamlessly and we were very very pleased with the results (I am happy to share photos if anyone needs)- We are very proud of our kitchen remodel and it looks beautiful, has transformed the flow of the home, and I am so grateful to Victor. You will not be disappointed, he is a joy, pleasant to work with and most importantly, he is honest about the job he will do (and what he wont do) and absolutely reliable! I am looking forward to working with him in the future.

Victor arrived right on time. He was very knowledgable and honest. He was patient with me and explained what he would be doing and why. He was able to answer all of my questions which made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be calling him in the future.

When I contacted Victor, he quickly responded and scheduled an appointment to assess the project. He was prompt and provided me with a more than fair price to complete the attic. I like the fact that Victor works alone and that he prefers to work on smaller projects. We scheduled the project for three days and Victor completed everything within 2 1/2 days. He is extremely professional, easy to communicate with and has an amazing work ethic. He is creative and had some excellent ideas. For example, I thought I knew what type of wood I wanted to use for a sliding barn door for the closet, but Victor's idea and choice in the type of wood worked perfectly. Victor is a quality craftsman who is very skilled in both construction and electrical, not to mention that he is very tidy and efficient. I would definitely want to hire Victor again for my future projects. It's so refreshing working with someone that cares about your home as much as you do. Thank you Victor!

It went so well that before he left we asked Victor to give us a quote on another project. We hope to start soon. Victor always commmunicated with us, was always punctual, cleaned up whatever mess there was and is very trustworthy. If we ever had a concern about any work we could bring to Victor's attention and he would explain and /or remedy. We bought the materials and Victor would meet with us at Home Depot to select and advise on moulding and then transport to our home. We know he is licensed and can do many other services such as plumbing and electrical and will be our "go to" guy. Can't wait to finish next project.

only repaired 1 outlet when i asked for two didn't let him come back to finish so i pd way to much money for 1 electrical outlet replacement.

It went great. Victor came the same day I contacted him, and expedited the job because my daughters BDay party was that weekend. He was very professional, and the price was fair. Maybe more than fair, because he really helped me out it getting it done in time for the party!

He did a great job. It was about $9000. $4000 for a fence he built. He did a great job on fence building. It was a wooden fence. And he also did reconstructive work. I think he was high but he did a great job and he did everything right away so I appreciated that he did everything a good handyman should do. Yes, unless I could find someone else just like him who would do it for less. I would recommend him but I would also say I compared prices and this is what I think is a fair value and if he didn't want to do that he'd say no or he'd say okay. I didn't do that. I just paid him what he asked and I was glad for it because he was right there.

Victor did a great job in a timely manner. The floor looked great! He removed all the moisture damaged ceiling and insured all damage was removed between the floor and ceiling. The ceiling in that room is textured and Victor matched the patch very well. Thank you Victor.

Victor was prompt on returning my calls quoted me a price ( a bit high I thought ) but showed up on time did a great job sent my pictures of the damage and the finished job as I could not be there.Would use him again and recommend him to anyone. Overall 9/10

I am so happy to have found Victor! He is a complete professional; knowledgeable, prompt, diligent, and cheerful. We had a problematic fan which did not really fit the ceiling opening. Victor made suggestions and worked hard to make it work for us. We discussed other jobs needed around the house and he gave us estimates on bathroom remodel and some exterior and electrical work. We will certainly have him back soon. How nice to find someone honest and willing to take on smallish jobs!

The job went smoothly, and Victor's work looks great. We explained to Victor that we needed a trellis strong enough to support a roof overhang. Victor tore out the last of the hedge growing on the old trellis, removed all of the rotted wood, and replaced it with a new trellis that was even stronger than the original. He was punctual, worked quickly, and had great communication. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Victor did an excellent job. He explained where water damage started and what needed to be replaced on roof/patio cover, interior window repair. Also he inspected exterior windows and found they needed to be recaulked. He completed all work in one day. We are happy with results and will not hesitate to call him for other projects.

Victor was great. I called him Thursday morning, and he came to my house within an hour to evaluate the project. I told him about some time concerns, so he made arrangements to come the next day to make the repairs. He was professional, friendly, and I can't express my appreciation for expediting the job enough. I'm glad to have found Victor, and expect I'll be asking for his help on jobs in the future. Timer switches changed out very nicely and went smoothly. Dining room interior paint: Painted 2 coats and was very neat and clean. Victor had to remove 10 shades from the windows and paint around crown moulding edges and corners---all done very carefully! He has an "artist eye" and a very steady hand. He is patient, trustworthy and feel very comfortable with him in our home. He helped us move some heavy pieces of furniture and is very neat.

He chronicled the work, complete with photographs, daily. He finished on time. He also built a wood fence. It's beautiful and he did a terrific job. His work ethic is honest. Victor was punctual and cleaned up after each task. He also suggested cost-saving suggestions. I wish I had hired him in the first place.

Very little disruption to my daily routine. Dirt and dust were kept to a minimum and he finished earlier than estimated. He even offered to assist me in moving my furniture back into position.

Victor is the person I use for all my work needed to maintain all of my rental properties as well as my residence. He has done for me everything I needed to be done. Roof repairs, plumbing, dry wall, shower enclosure installation, door replacement, painting, water heater replacement, garbage disposal installation, toilets and faucets replacements and many other odd jobs. Victor is always available and accommodating in case of emergencies, that happen often in my case. His work quality is very good and priced very reasonably. I highly recommend him to anyone for large as well as small projects.
