Victor is professional,courteous,clean and works in a timely manner. Definitely recommend his excellent work.

He was on time to start the work. He kept the work area very clean while he was working. He is very polite and professional. I would hire him again.

Victor was a true professional. On the day of visit hr had no hesitation in giving a pricing and followed up with an e-mail giving a firm, detail quote. He started the job on a Monday indicating two weeks completion but he was able to finish the job in 6 days. With two school kids and laundry needs, this was a tremendous help. He completed the job and helped in moving the washer/dryer from the garage to make sure every thing works on his last day. ( My previous experience with an handyman was about 7 years ago was not good, who charged me for a shoddy job , and I was nervous to start hiring again). I would certainly hire him again on my next project.

It went great. Victor is on-time and professional. He is self-sufficient and works hard the whole time. He moved furniture and did all the heavy installations on his own, without any assistance required. He is very focused and very efficient. He never seems to dawdle or waste time. His quality of work is excellent, and he clearly has an attention to detail. He seems organized and clean. He picked up all the packaging from the hardware I bought and put it in the trash. He's worth the money if you want quality work.

Victor Maldonado is our go to contractor. Hi s work is excellent. We love his work: he is professional, reliable, is full of knowledge and full of good ideas about how to complete a job and he will get it done, with quality. His pricing is reasonable and reflects his quality-- he prices right for the job and gets it done impeccably. We are so lucky to work with him! We have done jobs in the past (including a kitchen remodel that turned out beautiful and people complement us on all the time) and the fence he just completed. In the future we plan to do a patio and a bathroom remodel with him. We know it will turn out excellently.

Victor is very responsive. He always gets back to me as soon as he can. He had a busy week but was able to fit me in on the weekend so I could get my toilets installed. He has done work for us in the past as well. He did a good job, did everything quickly, and with good communication about any issues that arose.

It went well except for a few glitches on my part. The valance I ordered was too short so I had to reorder it. The sconces were not what I wanted. Victor was very patient,and just worked around what could be completed until the items were available. Everything was completed in a timely professional manner. He always keeps the work area orderly,and leaves everything clean and back in place.I like the fact that he is thorough,and will double check with me right before he starts and during the job if there are any concerns.

Went well as expected. Came at the time agreed to evaluate the problem. Explained what the problem was after he checked it out. Replaced the sensor. and problem corrected.

Victor did work at my house on my side gate that was broken and also did a complete remodel of my guest bathroom. He’s very professional and does great work. I’m having him back next week to do more work. Very satisfied.

The first time I hired Victor it was to finish a project that my previous (not-so) handyman had abandoned (a converted attic space to closet). As difficult as it was to pick up where someone else had left off, Victor made it look easy. He completed the job in less time than he had estimated for a fair price and offered suggestions on design elements. Since then, I have hired Victor to complete a reading nook with pre-fab drawer, install an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and flooring in two rooms. Victor is the epitome of a "handyman", he is a master in everything from carpentry to electrical. Victor is extremely professional and just an all-around great guy to work with. I love the fact that he does all of the work himself. That's one issue I've experienced in the past; contractors bringing shady characters into my home that carelessly damaging ceilings and walls. I wholeheartedly recommend Victor for any home project you have.
