Those that know how to deal with a metal roof shaped like tile are quite limited. Gumby showed us similar roofs before we contracted him. His crew was very professional and everyone was concerned that the roof be done correctly. Had a good foreman but there was good supervision by Vic. We recently sold the house and, frankly, the roof was favorably commented on by many that came to see the house. Looks great and I'm confident that the roof will last a very long time.
Description of Work: Replaced composition, double layered roof with metal roof including underlayment.

THE WORK DONE WAS EXCELLENT. LOOKS TERRIFIC AND HAS NOT LEAKED. METAL ROOFING IS MORE DEMANDING AND REQUIRES WORKERS WITH VERY GOOD SKILLS TO MAKE IT COME OUT RIGHT. A LOT OF CARE WAS TAKEN TO CUT THE METAL TILE AND PLACE IT. THE PLACE WAS CLEANED VERY WELL AFTER THE ROOF REMOVAL AND AGAIN AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. PETE WAS VERY EASY TO WORK, WITH, ON SITE OFTEN AND THE ESTIMATE WAS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE. IT WAS AN ENERGY STAR ROOF AND THE NEW ROOF HAS MADE A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD ROOF, REPLACED UNDERLAYMENT AND RE-ROOFED WITH A METAL ROOF.
