Terrible - tried to get them to clean them three times - finally gave up, fearing they would not even return my carpets.

We called on a Thursday evening and scheduled carpet cleaning for the following Saturday morning. Our appointment was scheduled between 8-9 am. Two young men arrived promptly at 8:40. We live in a resort area and have frequently experienced that repair/services are often late or unreliable. The representatives from Stanley Steemer were very courteous, took great care to put in corner guards to protect our walls, non carpeted flooring and furniture. They explained the process, what we could expect and reminded us to be careful when we were walking from the wet carpeted area to the laminate flooring. The only thing we would have changed about the experience is the way that Stanley Steemer prices their services, as it turns out is is better to schedule for the 3 rooms for $99 and then add on additional rooms once the technician arrives.

They were exceptionally professional. The work was done quickly and the carpets look beautiful.

I set up 2 appointments. One to evaluate and estimate my carpets being stretched and cleaned. The second appointment for them to do the job. The representatives came to the house, gave me an estimate and called the company to inform them that I was requesting the same employees that quoted the job be the employees that performed the job. When they came to do the job, two different representatives came and they were unable to perform the stretching so I cancelled.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH STANLEY STEEMER WAS OUTSTANDING. APPOINTMENTS CAN BE MADE EITHER ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE. THEY ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER, and WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL and PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB ON CLEANING MY CARPET. I WAS VERY SATIFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED BY THIS COMPANY. THE OTHER COMPANY I USED THERE WOULD BE A STICKY RESIDUE LEFT BEHIND BECAUSE OF THE CHEMICALS THEY USE. I DONT KNOW WHAT CHEMICALS THIS COMPANY USE BUT IT DOESNT LEAVE THAT STICKY FILM ON YOUR CARPET AND YOUR CARPET DRIES WITHIN A MATTER OF 3 HOURS.

THE SOFA WAS CLEANED, HOWEVER THE TECHNICIAN ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR A SOLUTION DESIGNED TO CLEAN SOFA WITH WHITE CLOTH. I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN UPFRONT ABOUT CERTAIN SOLUTIONS FOR CERTAIN COLOR SOFAS. I PASSED ON THE UPGRADE, AND WAS PLEASED WITH THE CLEANING SOLUTION USED.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND WERE VERY, VERY QUICK. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB, ESPECIALLY ON THE STAINS I HAD. IT ONLY TOOK AROUND 15 MINUTES.

WORKERS WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TIMELY AND THE CLEANUP WAS MINIMAL. CARPET DRY TIME WAS LONGER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED. WORKERS TRIED TO SELL YOU MORE ITEMS AND WORK.

STANLEY STEEMER ALWAYS PERFORMS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY ARE FAST, NEAT, AND PROFESSIONAL I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS.
