 + 0 moreIt went great. Most of the length of time was having to remove the old water heater. They know what they are doing, and do it well and fast.
Description of Work: Had Scott and his crew come out and install a new water heater. They drained and took out my old one, and put in the new one, and re-attached it to the walls. They also had to do some minor copper pipe work. They did it all for the price they quoted me in the beginning.

 + -1 moreHe was great. He did a wonderful job, and was very helpful. He came out right away on the weekend to do a temporary repair, and then came back Monday morning to do a complete repair. He was extremely efficient and cost effective. The prices were fair, and I haven't had any trouble at all. I was very happy with them and would certainly use them again.
Description of Work: I called them when I had a break in the line between the water meter and the house.

 + -1 moreTHE PLUMBER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND COMPLETED ALL THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE CAME IN FOR THE BATHTUB AND NOT ONLY CLEARED THE BATHTUB BUT TRACED THE PROBLEM TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND CLEARED THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND KITCHEN DRAINS JUST TO ASSURE CLEAR PIPES WITH NO PROBLEMS FOR US.
Description of Work: MARBLES WERE DROPPED DOWN THE OPEN DRAIN OF THE BATHTUB BLOCKING THE DRAINAGE OF WATER AND THEN THE DRAIN FOR THE LAUNDRY ROOM.
