They showed up on time. Friendly professional, experienced and competent. It went very well. Unfortunately, neither the location nor backup location I had come up with were viable. They helped me find a suitable spot for the fan and installed it quickly with no mess at all. They showed me how to work it and answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with their job.

I called and explained my problem and his wife scheduled him to come out first thing Monday. He showed up right at 8:00 in the morning on Monday. His prices are reasonable as well and we haven't had a problem with the heater since. He also gave us suggestions/options on what to do in the future (our furnace is 16 years old), but he didn't try to push anything on us.

I HAVE USED SI ROSATI IN THE PAST, THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL ALWAYS PROMPT IN PROVIDING AND DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM. I LOOKED AT OTHER COMPANIES AND FOUND THEY WERE ALSO REASONABLY PRICED.
Description of Work: OUR AIR CONDITIONING WENT OUT, SO THEY CAME OUT AND INDICATED THAT WHAT WAS NEEDED WAS THE REPLACEMENT OF OUR THERMOSTAT.

STEVE WAS PUNCTUAL WHEN HE CAME TO INSPECT THE AIR CONDITIONER. HE GAVE ME AN ITEMIZATION OF WHAT THE REPAIR WOULD INCLUDE. HE COMPLETED THE REPAIR. THE AC WORKS WONDERFUL.
