REPOWER by Solar Universe

Description of Work: David didn't do any actual work for us, but he was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I called Repower(as my installer went out of business) to repair my Envoy or Microinverters as they were not communicating. David told me it would cost $150 for the service call and this amount would be applied to the cost of the repairs. The first thing that impressed me was the fact that David called me when he was on his way. I just had a bad experience with another repair person who said he could not call me when he was on his way. He was on time, another plus these days. I explained the problem I was having and what I had done. He tested the envoy in different plugs and tried rebooting and scanning the envoy. He then called Enphase Energy Inc. Enphase said everything looked good on their side. Microinverters were working and envoy took ok. They figured out that it was a software issue. David said it would take 10 hours or so for the envoy to fully reboot and start reporting. He told me to call him tomorrow if things were not working properly. He did not charge me for the service call as he stated he had not done anything. I have no problem recommending a professional, conscientious and honest person. He also showed up on time. I feel very confident that David's work is excellent too. I would not hesitate to have David repair my solar panels and add new ones.
