RELIABLE DOORS & WINDOWS

Mike and his son did an excellent installation job, and the doors were beautiful. My front door recently needed varnish and a little stain touch-up. I called Mike, and he came to my house and gave me the stain and the varnish to do the job. Keep in mind, he did this eight years after installing the doors! Mike is reliable, knowledgeable and well skilled. His products are great and so are his prices.

It went well, they were done in 1 hour. Very quick and the work was well done.

The overall experience was very good from estimate to installation. Totally professional every step of the way. The new door is great and more than meets my expectations. I must say that I thought the door and installation was a little pricey but I never go for the low bid and generally buy the adage that you get what you pay for. Despite the price I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

Mike (the owner) and his crew of Larry and Brad just completed installing my new Front and Rear Entry doors along with steel Security Screen doors. The project took about a day and a half to demo my old doors and install the new ones. What accolades can I use to describe how satisfied I am with the quality of the fiberglass doors from PlastPro, the Security Screen doors from Precision but most of all about Mike and his crew. First, I do not give high reviews unless the product/service I received exceeded my expectations. Reliable Doors and Windows surpassed anything I imagined from the original estimate for the products and installation to the high quality of workmanship displayed by Mike himself and his employees. They arrived each day at the expected times and at the end of each day meticulously cleaned up, they were professional, polite, and always sought my opinion to ensure that I was satisfied with the progress of each step of the project. If I figure out how to post photos of their work, I will do so but if anyone looking for a contractor that cares about the quality of the product they sell, the work they do, and the importance of customer care and satisfaction...no one can find too many other contractors that you can place your trust in giving you what you want, when you want it and at a cost that is competitive but likely better than most contractors offering the same services. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new doors installed in their home, if its windows you are looking for, I'm sure Mike will provide the same high quality products and installation expertise as he did with my own project.

Mike is extremely professional and dedicated. Made good suggestions and did exactly as promised. The doors look beautiful. Good about keeping you informed about the project as well as cleanup once completed. Takes pride in his work. Would definitely use again.

We had a terrific experience with this company. We needed to have our front doors replaced and had a terrible experience at Lowe's and Home Depot with customer service and getting a correct quote. We decided to go with a company that specialized in our specific needs. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. We plan on having another door replaced and a garage door replaced also- we will use Reliable Doors and Windows. We have gotten the quotes and will get the work done as soon as we can. They were wonderful and helpful all along the way.
