+ -1 moreMike was referred by a friend. He returned my call and set up an appointment in a timely manner. We discussed the job and he explained in detail about the kind of carpet I had and how he expected it to clean up. He asked about problem areas/stains and he gave those areas special attention. The carpet and tile look great. It has been 3 months since he cleaned the carpet and it looks clean and the old stains have not reappeared. He was very knowledgable about carpet and took pride in his work.
